Just spent $at Choxi for backpacks and a steam ironThey did arriveOne backpack had torn satitchingThree of them (different brand) looked great in the photosHowever they are only oz eachRidiculous - very thin fabric - you can see light through itKind of like taking garbage bag material and sewing it so it looks like a backpack The steam iron ($on sale) was awful - the sole plate never heated enough, so the iron would grab at the cloth instead of passing smoothly over itThe cord was just heavy duty lamp cord and was stiff and got in the way while ironing - a good cord should be super flexibleI was going to throw it out but decided to give the iron to the local thrift storeI do not have time or energy to box stuff up and return it I have learned a lessonI will not buy from them again

I purchased a car cover for $and a short time after that I was informed that Choxi would no longer sell it due to the manufacturers standards not meeting up with Choxis standardsI was then offered $in credit as a consolation, this was including the $I had already spent, and would be applied with my next purchaseMy next purchase was a bottle of perfume priced at $55, and saw that when I was checking out, the $credit was in my account, but when I received the confirmation of the order my credit card had been charged the full amount of $and the credit had not been appliedI wrote and told Choxi about this but only received at first a lot of garbled informationI wrote again, and this time received a mail saying that the credit had not been applied, but would on my next purchase… I saw where this was going, so asked for my $original dollars back, as I doubted I would ever see the $credit appliedI received another mail confirming that my $had been returned

I have items that have not been delivered from three separate orders totaling $ The dates of the orders range from April to July One inquiries was finally answered requesting patience or refunds I decided to be patient when they indicated all items would be delivered That was over one month ago I did receive one item after that email, but I still have four outstanding items that I am waiting for I tried to call the service number several times during business hours and the recording said they were closed The recording stated that an email would be answered within hours Ten days latter I'm still waiting to hear from them

TERRIBLEI've used them a few times in the past before and they had good prices but lengthy shipping timesMy past order was placed over a month agoThey told me "10-14" working daysIt's been over working days and still no sign of my order shippingI contacted them after working day 14, they told me "we are doing everything we can to ensure your order is being shipped directly to youWe will contact you as soon as we have any updates." A week went by and nothing, so I contacted them again after working day and guess what, they gave me the same EXACT responseI waited another week and on working day number (mind you this has been over a month actually not counting "working days"), they told me the same thingHORRIBLE serviceThen as I ask for a initially ask for a refund and say that I would like my money back, they CREDIT me my money to their siteWHY ON EARTH would I want to buy something from them again?? I specifically said that I wanted my money backThen they tell me they will offer me an 10% of my total bill as credits or I can just have my money returnedWELL, I initially asked for my money back not a credit so what do you think? Needless to say I will NEVER buy from this online site again*** *** will be my only means of internet shopping for miscitems

Ordered over $worth of things on August *** & ***, Started emailing them about not receiving items, got ** excuse that their stuff was sent from 3rd party vendorsBed linens, ladies watches, and outdoor sensor lights obviously would not all come from the same vendorKept emailing and on Sept***, they said within to days, my $$ would be returned to my accountI keep emailing and no responseI am disabled and on fixed income & definitely can't afford to lose money to a fraudulent companyCan't we file a lawsuit of some sort for all the consumers they have ripped off?

I ordered a few items and it clearly stated that I will receive free shipping on all itemsAfter purchasing everything in my shopping cart I noticed I was charged shipping for all itemsIt was a total of $I tried canceling the order however, I wasn't able toThe Choxi offices were closed and online support was also closed so they were unable to assist meIt was less than 24hrs when I called the office to cancel my order and the customer service rep very rudely said he wasn't able to cancel my order nor was he able to refund me my shipping costI sent screenshot verifying that Choxi gave me free shipping on my specific orderAfter awhile I received an email from a customer service rep stating I will not be receiving my refund for shipping cost and they will not cancel my order This is bad businessI provided proof that I had free shipping They would not refund me my money nor would they refund my shipping costI'm not sure what kind of business they are running but I want no parts of it Bad customer service and I will never order from this company again!!!!!

This is my second purchase from "Choxi"Why good deals First one was 4/**/after a few weeks nothing ,they advertise that they deliver within to days I complain the week I got a refund,ok
I tried again this time its been weeks again and nothing not shipped still processing

Ordered an item on 2/** I noticed it still hadn't shipped on 3/* so I contacted the company to ask when it would ship I was told it should ship in the next day or two 3/** - I still had not received my item and I logged onto my Choxi account and my item's status was still "processing" Have asked for refund Still have not received

I have ordered products from Choxi Got one of them They assured me a refund on the other products after I patiently waited more than weeks for my item Now I have been waiting almost months for my refund that they told me would take 7-business days

I ordered from Choxi in October, never received product They charged my credit card and I just found out that they closed up shop and left thousands like me hanging

Ordered product on 2/**/They charged my credit card immediatelyIt's now 3/*/and I have not received my order nor do they have a tracking number for my orderThe order status is still "processing." I called and they said a tracking number would be updated by 3/*/if there is one available

This is absolutely the worst place to order from or to try and get anything answered from them when you do orderI wish I would have looked here before wasting my time and moneyIt's been a month since I placed an order and they haven't delivered and all questions about the order get answered with its processing They also cancelled one of the items and didn't even notify me! Save your money time and sanity and order from some place else
