[redacted] In November, I ordered some furniture covers from NoMoreRack.com. I ordered what I would consider a matching set. A sofa cover, a loveseat cover, and a chair cover. All in the same color and style. It took longer than I expected to receive the shipping confirmation, about a week. But I figured, hey, it’s getting close to Christmas and they are probably crazy busy…no rush. The shipping confirmation listed all three covers as shipped. Yay!
Upon receiving my box, I took it home (I always ship to my office so someone can sign for it…too many people having boxes stolen from their front doors these days), and opened the box. I took out the 1st cover, opened the package (one of those nice vinyl zippered things), tossed the paper insert, kept the vinyl zippered thing for future use, and put the cover on the couch. I did the same with the love seat cover next. Then I went to reach into the box for the chair cover….Uh oh! No chair cover to be found. Hmmmm… Oh well, I thought, I guess it must be in a separate box. I am sure it will arrive tomorrow or the next day.
But it didn’t. Nor did it arrive the day after that, so I emailed NoMoreRack.com. I received an automated reply that they would look into the issue and get back with me within 4 days. The reply I received FIVE days later stated that they would not be able to fulfill my order and that they had processed a refund for the missing chair cover.
Naturally I objected because, in my view, I had ordered a SET of covers for a reason. I wanted them all to match. I received a reply to return the covers – including ALL the original packaging – and if, when they received the items, they were in complete original condition with all the original packaging, they would then process a refund. Well, do you remember up there ? where I said “tossed the paper insert”? I was concerned that this would affect my refund. I emailed, I called, I waited on hold for extreme lengths of time for a supervisor, I emailed, I emailed, I emailed….. over and over and the only response I could get was that it had to have all the original packaging to guarantee a refund. They kept sending me the same form letter telling me to send them back and they would let me know if I had a refund coming. Keep in mind that NONE of this would have been an issue if only NoMoreRack.com hadn’t LIED and said all items had been shipped. If I had known that there was any question at all of me getting my 3rd item, I would never have opened the packages until all three items had arrived.
OK, enough of this…time to contact [redacted]. You know….[redacted] that offers “buyer protection”? Yeah, that one. Well, another month of back and forth and still, I could not get anything in writing stating that those missing paper inserts would not be a problem. [redacted] ‘s “Buyer Protection” is a joke. Automated reply after automated reply. They parrot information from the vendor and refuse to actually read emails and respond appropriately. Once they respond to send the products back in original condition, there is no way for the buyer to respond back online. I tried calling and sitting on hold forever to speak with someone and they reversed the “ship back” order online and said they would look into it. A week later, same thing.
As far as [redacted]’s resolution center is concerned. In my opinion, it was a complete and utter waste of time. It’s a great service to get your money to vendors without actually giving them your credit card info, but don’t count on them when you have an issue like this with a vendor.
So, bottom line, I have 2 furniture covers, no way to get the matching 3rd cover, and the only option to get my money back is questionable due to the missing paper inserts. My view was that I would send the covers back (at my expense by the way) and they would have the covers and my money and then they would refuse to refund my money because of the missing paper inserts.
This is what NoMoreRack.com says about customer service:
“Customer Service is a top priority at nomorerack and it's our goal to make your shopping experience the best possible by keeping it quick, informative and fun! We're always ready to answer your questions, take feedback and assist with any concerns - so feel free to get in touch!”
Don’t believe it. Their customer service priority stops when they have your money. It doesn’t matter that they LIED about shipping all my items. All that matters to them is that they have your money and they aren’t going to give it back even when they have failed to meet minimum expectations….like those of actually delivering your order as promised.

I have had a return since 10/** /16and I can not get in touch with this company to return. There is just no response. I am stuck with a non-functioning "Smart watch".

The service was much better when they were "No More Rack". They do not ship promptly. If they do not have the item that you purchased, they issue an account credit and not a refund. I will never purchase from them again. I am on my third order from my account credit and 30 days later, the item still has not shipped and the only reply from "customer service" is it takes 2-3 weeks to ship. Stay away from Choxi if you want prompt shipping or decent service.

I have received my refunds, albeit extremely late. Customer service and response to errors on the companies behalf are inexcusable and the public should know about it. Shop at nomorerack.com at your own risk.

I do see that you requested to have your credit card information removed from your account before your husband placed the order in question.  For this reason, I have went ahead processed a return merchandise request for you for each item as well as return shipping labels. Please note that since the items were from different vendors, each item will need to be returned separately.  You will receive two separate emails for each item, one with instructions on how to return the product and the other with the return shipping label. Please follow the instructions on how to return the items. Once the items are received and processed the refund will be issued.  Please make sure that the correct return labels are used for each item or we will be unable to process the refunds.

I have also processed an return merchandise request and return shipping label for the Chasse Wells Premier Ensoleillé Croc Satchel Tote.  This return will use the shipping label with the tracking # of [redacted].  Once the item is received and processed the refund will be issued.
In regards to your credit card number being saved by our billing processor, I was able to contact them and have it removed from their records.  Please log into your nomorerack account to confirm the card is no longer available for use your account.  I would also suggest that you change the password for you nomorerack account and do not share it with anyone including your husband and also that you do not choose the option to have your credit card saved again.  If you husband makes an unauthorized purchase using your account again we will be unable to allow any additional exceptions if the items are marked as final sale or are beyond the normal return time frame.

The point in my complaint is that I returned my order and never received my refund. The fact that I continue to have to repeat what I've already stated is why there's so many unhappy customers that did business with your company. I listed the tracking number in my complaint like I was informed to do. Why not put more effort in your response then a generic response? I already sent the package and need my refund from your ridiculous company. It's now the principle in the matter.

The company responded with a question of what part of the order I did not receive. in which that doesn't matter anymore because I have purchased the items I needed from another company. My complaint currently I have not received any information about my order. I have talk to many customer service representatives and everyone said the same thing. "In our system it shows two items have been shipped with the same tracking number and there was nothing they could do for you" I asked for them to look outside the narrow box they were in and pull up the tracking information via shipper website to see that there was only one item shipped. But for some reason they said they could not do this. Very poor customer service. Very very poor response to complaints.

I place the order on December [redacted], 2013 but I didn't recieve it until December [redacted],2013.I  was never told about the return policy on the product at all.I didn't place the order with the manufacturer I placed it with Nomorerack.Why should I contact the company that makes the product when I didn't buy it from them,I bought it from  the supposedly reputable company called Nomorerack.Why is it so hard to return my money if I didn't know about the return policy from the start.On there Facebook site they have over million subscribers, but if you post one negative thing about them it's get deleted and you're blocked.This company is scamming people out of there money and don't want to return it back to them.Now,they want me to contact the manufacturer where they got the item from and deal with them instead of returning my money themseklves.They(Nomorerack) are the ones who got the item in question from the manufaturer,so why do I have to summon them on an item I bought through Nomorack.It seems to me there trying to dump their responsibility off on the manufacturer,so they(Nomorerack) don't have anything to do with what happen,in which they sold me a faulty tablet.
