I have had an on going issue with the video failing on a Dell XPS Laptop, this has failed to be corrected for nearly a year now I have submitted yet another service request fro this on going issue #*** per Dell this should have been responded to in on business day, as always with Dell one business day has come and gone and my request continues to be ignored

I was interested in purchasing a computer from Dell during their Black Friday sale
I was looking on their Print Flyer Page Item BInspirion Desktop $Sale begins on Fri 11/23/at 6PM
They also had the same computer with the monitor for $on Thur 11/22/at 8PM
On Friday morning 11/23/I was looking around their websiteThey had the Black Friday Deals posted in sections, CURRENT - UPCOMING - EXPIRED
Well Dell had the $Desktop listed as EXPIRED Deal expired Nov at 9:PM EST
How is a Deal Expired that was not to be active for More Hours?
They also had in the Upcoming section the computer with the monitor as coming up at 6PM Friday (Ad said 8PM Thur)
It seems Dell flipped the items without telling anybody
That would be bad enough but to deal with their Phone Rep regarding this was a DISGRACE!

On Feb 4th, I returned my dell laptop for a refund The sent me an email stating I would receive my refund in days....Service Request Number ***
On March 7th I call and was told refund would be in my account on March 10th
On March 9th I was told March 18th
On March 29th I was told hours
I am out of patience this is almost days past the original promise

DELL has the absolute worst customer service ever ! which is why I dreaded even calling and attempting to get help from the people who created the piece of *** laptop ! I went into best buy a year ago and told them what I needed this computer for ! they sold it to me a $computer that I purchased to play SIMS only ! the 1st few months it was flawless ! after one DELL update that I put off because I know what updates do to products ! so after I went to sleep and woke up I found out my laptop forced the updateall of a sudden ! my computer has "NO VIDEO CARD" when I literally was playing sims without a problem and purchased it because it had a VIDEO CARD !
I took the computer back to BestBuy the person who sold it to me couldn't push me off on geek squad because of how many times I have went directly to him for an issue with things he's sold from there !!

Dell mishandled my order of an Alienware RI ordered and paid for the version with GTX graphic card while what I received was the version with GTX

I purchased the laptop in April Since that time I have called at least times with the same issue - it does not connect to a wireless network Now in January 2016, after several technician calls with remote access into the computer, completely resetting the computer, and shipping to the Dell Resolution Center to fix this, the laptop still does not work Each technician tries but really does not know how to diagnose and fix the issue They refuse to refund or exchange the product even though the problem continues to exist and they cannot fix it I get the run around when I request Customer Complaint department or the technician's supervisor They are completely unwilling to escalate or resolve the issue I have now requested that they take this back to the Dell Resolution Center but have no confidence that this will be resolved This computer cost over $ Please help They give you the run around instead of finding a real solution The returns department told me

Terrible customer service when they cancelled an order recently They emailed me to contact them, I did same day The issue should have ended there Next day I get both a confirmation email and another request for verification within next business day, I was busy that day, but they wound up cancelling the order same day as that email I spent a total of hours trying to get the order reset, but at the end of that time, while they admitted fault, they refused to honor the deal as the window had passed As far as I can tell this qualifies 100% as bait and switch, an illegal practice in the United States As far as I can tell I have no recourse for this behavior besides never doing business with them again

Dell sold me a defective product tried to repair the issue by sending replacement and still have same issues with each laptop they send me and refuse to issue me a refund after I was told there was a restocking fee but then to only be told they won't take my return

By far the worst company I have ever EVER dealt withI ordered a product on 11/15/and paid an extra $to have next day delivery , I had the delivery date of when the product should have been ordered as 11/17/I called on 11/18/to check the status because online said it hadn't even been processed yetAfter people (of which told me my order didn't exist even though I had a confirmation email and they took my money, I was placed on hold for minutes to be transferred to the sales departmentI called back on the other phone I had and was able to get through again to people who said that it didn't exist, after speaking with the 8th person they said that they would process the order today but there was a reason why I had ordered it when I didHowever even though they said they could process the order today it would take up to hours to process the order and then even longer to ship itWhen I asked if they would refund me the expedited shipping since it would take 3-business days (which is only $4.95) to get the order they said no, so I am paying $for regular shippingAND to make matters even worse they said that I should get a confirmation call OR email within the next days saying the order was placed, not today when I spoke with the agents but days from now I MAY get a call, and if I don't then I have to spend even more time on hold trying to call them backMy company will be removing all of Dell's products and I plan on filing complaints on every website I canSince they A) can't promise the product we ordered B) supposedly the orders don't exist even with confirmation numbers C) still charging us expedited costs to get it via regular shipping methods D) can't even give a confirmation email with a confirmation code after spending hours on the phone mostly on holdIf I had the choice I would give this a negative rating
