service is badthey hang up on you.ever since I bought a lap top from dell, they always need repaired, or something...I called them several times and they hang up on me I am very dissatisfied with there service always having issues, many time I had to go without a computer, I asked them if I could return the laptop and get my money back ,however they will not do that now they say its past days., which I have been dealing with them since 2009.done had issues with laptops they sent me I contacted you guys on another occcassion same issues that I am facing nowi have been very loyal to them always on time with my payments, its just I am so tired of them giving me the run around and - hang up on............serveral techs they sent here at my home but it's still not fixedive been on the phone for hours days and nights with dell and still nothing done ive called them serveral time a day.and get the run-around- they never once told me I had only days to return l

We purchased a NEW Dell XPS pc in March, from an electronics dealer on line @ *** *** themselves will only warranty an electronics item for the first days The NEW pc first broke down on me 4+ months later in August 2015, Dell/Microsoft refused to do anything under their manufacturers warranty, told me I had to get it repaired on my own at my own expense !!!!???
