On April I placed a order for a laptop online with DellI purchased this item using my international credit cardHowever, I wasn't aware that they do not take international cards so the order was deniedSo I call the costumer service and I was told by a representive to purchase Dell gift cards so I could get the laptopSo on April 7th I purchase gift card one $and two $, to get the laptopBut I purchased it using my international card Which remind you they don't takeHowever, I bought my purchase was canceled, but they withdrew the money from my account
But they did not return my money, my money is not on my account anymore

I own an Alienware RI paid $$2,for itThis is the worse machine I ever purchased! Customer service takes days to work on problems and make repeated attempts to fix the same issue (Unrecoverable errors, Freezing, and blue screens) Thus, their performance is less than stellarAfter repeated failures at repair attempts, and promises of a replacement I cannot get this company to exchange this machine or refund my moneyI have emails showing that on June 21, a supervisor who took over the case(*** ***) wrote that after one last attempt to fix the computer, they would start a replacement -- But, here we are today after placing a support call on September 14, with no call back, until September 21, 2018, when I went to their chat, and they finally sent me a message three days later, telling me the machine that I purchased on January 17, 2018, and received on January 25, is not eligible for a replacement! To this date, nobody has even troubleshooted the computer

We purchased three new Dell systems with one year premium support from a third party vendor brand new in the boxEven with proof of purchase they will not warrant a repair for the system due to it being out of the one yearIt has not been a year since we have purchased themThey also will not upgrade the warranties despite the proof of purchase wich also reflects ownership of the system

My laptop was delivered in January and the hard drive crashed by the end of MarchI use it for part time income so after two hours on chat on a Friday, the lady scheduled an on-site technician to come replace the hard driveHe contacted me Thursday by phone and email to schedule the visitI was at work when contact was attempted so I both called and e-mailed him back that evening and never heard back
Contacted tech support and they said part was now on back order and I would need to mail the computer in for repairI questioned why I was contacted if the tech didn't have the replacement hard drive ready to replaceAfter asking for either a replacement laptop, an extension on my warranty, or a refund, I was told by both that the other was the only department could provide that authorizationLong story short, after being transferred to many different people, (I was on the phone with them for hour and minutes), a lady told me they could not refund, by could provide a replace

I had I an order *** on 5/for a routerLater, I found another store B&H has the same item selling for $less ($79.99, ***)According to Dell's price guarantee policy (***)I could get the price protectionHowever, I talked to Dell customer service many timesMost times I was redirected to nowhereIn one conversion, one of the agent (*** *) is very rude and unprofessionalHe denied this policy for my purchase but refuse show me the proof when I asked
I am really disappointed about Dell's customer service

WORST SERVICE EVERStop outsourcing to Indians! Multiple cancelled ordersRequests to have personal information emailed to them such as copies of passports and drivers license which sounds extremely fishyThey are extremely rude and frequently hang up on you when you are trying to talk to themI will never buy another Dell product ever again

I tried to buy a Inspiron 2-in-from Dell Canada website It was priced at $1,but when I proceeded to checkout the price increased I started a live chat with their representative and he just told me the page was taken away and the offer expired How can they do business like that? They should honor their offer - they should not just change the price as they like Shame on them!

I purchased a Dell Inspiron with Service Tag *** which has a Basic On-Site WarrantyAfter approximately months of use, the hinge on the right side of the laptop, as well as the bezel around the monitor, completely separated such that the lid will no longer close
After multiple contacts with Dell warranty support, Dell has each time refused to repair this defect under warranty, even though hardware defects are clearly stated as covered under this warranty

I bought a Dell laptop computer and it has the following problems;
1) the speakers do not work correctly they will not put out sound, the only way to hear something is to connect exterior speakers
2) the start menu for Windows does not come up and the preferences such as time desktop color are all locked and stating that file does not exist
3) there is an error in the Sleep driver as when the computer goes to sleep on occasion it gets stuck turning the hard-drive on and off every couple of seconds well walking out the screen

I purchased Dell Laptops Insprion - along with extended warranties -
both laptop have failed the same way
the left hinge separates and eventually fails
Dell claims that is an out of warranty issue
and they do not cover the repair costs
I paid almost $to repair the 1st laptop
about months ago
and now my other laptop(exact same model) has the same issue
and again I am being asked to pay $for the repair
I have done a search with "dell insprion hinge issue" and there
seems to be a number of other customers experiencing the same issue
There is also a msg on Dell Customer Service site stating that this problem
is caused by not opening the cover correctly which I believe is not the case
as I have been using laptops for more than years and never
has a similar problem
I believe this is a manufacturing defect that Dell is not wanting to cover the cost of repair
and requiring customers to pay to have repaired

When the Dell representative processed the order (Order Number: ***), he did not include the price match and instead charged $for the boxed software and $(6%) in tax for a total of $ I have made repeated calls and sent repeated e-mails to the specific Dell salesperson and others at Dell with no response

I orderd a Dell XPS computer from their website 1st one shipped wouldn't turn on, returned, 2nd one shipped had a defective track pack, returned, 3rd on shipped went into never ending loop due to no boot up software I tried to post a negative (one star) product review on their website twice and both times it was blocked I feel they block the negative reviews so that their ratings look good to potential customers I've posted on Googlemaps (locations) and public facebook review as a result Dell wouldn't comment regarding their filtering of reviews
I ordered this XPS for my mom and chose it because I have one that I love that I purchased from the Microsoft store about years ago VERY disappointed in their product and serve and the amount of time I've had to put into this
