A return for a product that advertised wasn't in compliance

I purchased this Alienware Area Ron 5/20/2014(currently under warranty), I was told at the time of purchase the item was upgradable from *** *** the Dell rep, the Dell site also(and still) says I can upgrade the workstationI am now in the position to upgrade my computer and now being told that they don't carry the power supply that is needed to upgrade other components, the power supply is the KEY component for any further upgradeA few months ago I spoke with Dayan Desanti from Alienware tech support she also said I could upgrade the power supply from Alienware.Today I spoke with Andrew the Alienware manager he stated that they will not have the part and there is nothing he can do, he advised me that I use a third party power supply, I advised him that a third party power supply would require re-wiring the motherboard which would void the Alienware warrentyHe then adivised me that I could buy another Alienware Rwith the 1500w power supply I advised him the only reas

This is the 2nd order Dell cancelled, and refused to ship the product BUT at the same time did not refund my money back to my gift card which has prevented me from using itSince these gift cards have expiry, DELL CANNOT keep it even after cancelling order
Main concern, is that Dell is cancelling order which has been placed online from their website even though I used only Gift Cards which is what their system allowsHowever, its ridiculous that Dell chose to cancel order just because reward was also used on this orderIf we are not supposed to use Rewards as the 4th payment method, then WHY IS DELL ALLOWING IT TO GO THROUGH THE CHECKOUT PROCESS???

I purchased two hard drives from Dell Inc almost a month ago The package was to be delivered via day delivery
Instead of being delivered, they recalled the package (per the tracking number provided to me)

Have given Dell numerous opportunities to fix a Dell XPS laptop purchased in November, including returning it to Dell in March to be fixed, numerous phone calls, a reboot of the entire system (including wiping out all my settings and data) Laptop is unusable due to continuous crashes
