I first contacted Dell on October 17th because my laptop (XPS 15) was shutting down every few minutes, without warningAfter performing all of the online diagnostics tests without finding any errors, they determined that I need a new motherboardThe service call was made two days later, and my motherboard was replacedHowever, my laptop no longer boots properly (I must try turning it on and then off at least times before it will go into the proper boot sequence to start), all but of the USB ports are not working, and my speakers are not working, eitherI contacted Dell immediately again to inform them of the problem and they said that they would come replace the motherboard once againThe next service call was scheduled for Wednesday, November 2ndI rescheduled meetings and made arrangements to work from home, but received a call at AM saying that the part was not in, and so they would not come to service my laptopI was frustrated, since I had scheduled the ser

I purchased my computer on September 16, and it has been a very disappointing frustrating experience There is always something wrong with my computer and your Premium Support Service Department is HORRIBLE and INCOMPETENT
The icing on the cake for me was when I was unable to use my DVD player on my computer and I couldn’t download the additional purchase of Cyberlink Power Director Ultra to my computer My frustration and anger reached its pinnacle when the Premium Support Service Department, once again, proved to be useless and clueless
Sometimes I would be on the phone with your Premium Support Service Department one to three hours at a time and many times after being on the phone for so many hours sometimes the problem would still not be resolved

PROBLEM/ISSUE: EMPLOYEE ERROR...BACK panel damaged/marred (or unnecessarily replaced)...it was NEW!!! The manufacturer's clear protective plastic fell off only 2-weeks prior to being shipped to Dell's Repair Center

I purchased a Dell Inspirion from a retailer and it did not work from day I gave Dell customer support a call that night and spent almost hours troubleshooting the issueThey agreed to send me a replacement asapThey created a system and sent it to the retailer after months which was misplaced by the retailer as it did not have my name on it

I am raising this complaint against Dell Laptops for misguiding and dishonoring the guarantees (promises) given to me on this below issue
I bought a Dell Laptop (Service Tag : ***) and started facing below issues in the laptop(given at bottom)After few days of continuous observation, I raised this issues to Dell support and they were working with me for about months to resolve this issue without any successEvery time they will do activity something like disable windows service / windows agents in the Laptop and then they will inform to monitor for couple of days is the issue got resolvedlikewise, this issue has been dragged for months from the date of purchase and issue complained to them
