I am not supposed to be responsible for fraudulent chargesI keep telling them that *** never helped usOnce we found out how much they wanted to charge, we told them to forget itBut somehow they got my credit card account number and charged my account without my authorizationI also told them that the attorney's office of *** *** located in Florida, they told us to contact our credit card company to be reimbursed of the fraudulent chargeThey also told us that *** was an unlicensed company and would be prosecuted to the full extent of the lawI want to be reimbursed the $1,plus compensation of the grief and agony I've been put through

Citi Bank did not call the number they were given, instead they called one of the cardholders and left a message We have left two messages to the person "***" from Citi bank who has not responded.In the time since our first complaint to Revdex.com we have a new email from Citi Bank now claiming another "late fee" It is clear Citi Bank has the ability to contact us when they wish and seem to not wish to resolve this issue.Please help us to resolve

They have done NOTHING other than send me form letters and the same old stuff. THEY keep telling me that I have to prove a negative, which is impossible.What I requested is that they remove the false, DOUBLE BILL. Instead they give me a "credit" and then re-charge me the same amount.I as still waiting for them to provide me objective evidence, such as certified copies of the charge slips with my signature, that the charges are valid.RECENTLY they have switched tactics. I PAID the valid portion of my bill, AND WROTE THEM A LETTER EXPLAINING the payment, and they applied that money towards the incorrect double bill.If you can't deal with this I will probably have to wait until they sell the debt, and then sue them in court.I am never going to pay the INVALID bill

Last night (11/*/2014) I received confirmation from the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) that Citi has agreed to reverse all charges and interest pertaining to the complaint and will remove any derogatory information at the three credit bureausAs long as they

I am rejecting the business's response because I sent them multiple letters, and their trying to say that I didn't contact them till 8/I originally called them months later when I received the call from the Attorney Generals Office of *** ***, located in FloridaHer office is the one who told me to contact my credit card company telling them that they need to reimburse me of the money that was fraudulently takenI called the business to tell them that, and they told me they would look into itAfter some time went by, I didn't hear from them so I called them back, and at that point they told me I had to send a letter in writing, for which I didThen they said I had to go thru the fraud deptwhich I did, and then it went back and forth from the fraud dept., to the billing deptThen they sent me a letter telling me that they couldn't help me, because I may have given the fraudulent company permissionWhich I did not give the fraudulent company permissionI told the business that I've sent multiple letters and keep getting the runaroundThen they told me it went back to billing and the specialist would look into itI'm still waiting for them to reimburse me
