We mailed our resolution letter directly to [redacted] on April *, [redacted] needs to allow 7-days to receive the letter

Our records reflect that a response was mailed to [redacted] on March **, As she states that she has not received our reply, a copy of this letter is being sent out on April **, Please allow a minimum of 7-business days for [redacted] to receive the correspondence
