We received complaint number [redacted] on and mailed our customer a resolution letter on Our customer needs to allow 7-days to receive resolution letter

We responded to the customer on April **, The customer should allow 7-days to receive our written response Should the customer have additional questions or concerns, they can direct those to the contact information listed in our response.Thank you, [redacted] ***Executive Response

Citibank has written in response to this complaint stating that I set the ACH for $on February ***, which is physically IMPOSSIBLEI direct Children's TheatreI had shows from 7am to 10pm on that dateThey illegally went into my account, as you can see by the response in the CHAT with their representativeShe stated that their "collection department" went into my account and authorized $I continue to state that, "I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THIS TRANSACTION" and it cost me $in feesI will NOT pay one cent more on my account until this is resolved
