So as a follto a previous complaint I had filed, I will post my experience in-store with a sales rep because the first complaint was from a phone callOn March 31st, I went into the [redacted] branch of Citizens Bank right when it opened at amService was quick and within ten minutes I was outThe representative I spoke with, ***, is exceptionally friendly and nice and tried to help as much as he could in his powerUnfortunately, what he had the power to do was a jokeHe submitted a rebate request for separate overdraft charges because it was supposed to only go through onceAnd later that day, around 3pm, they called me back to tell me the request was deniedI will never bank with Citizens bank again, I will be closing my account as soon as I possibly can, Absolutely not a recommended bank to anybody, and its no surprise its' grade on this website is an F.I do not want to be contacted again

This document should prove that Citizens will not fix errors in a timely manner, will go to great lengths to avoid fixing issues, has poor policy, and is not consumer friendlyOther consumers should avoid this company We went above and beyond to help fix the issue even when it wasn't our fault and Citizens stole from us again You say you would love to respond but won't Revdex.com should hold them accountable Regards [redacted] *** Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below I received the attached letter from Citizens One on 10/24/ I would like to respond to specific items that were discussed in the letter 1) I NEVER RECEIVED a denial letter from Citizens One They state they sent out this letter on 10/1/ The only reason I found out that my application was denied is because they sent an email on 10/asking me for more information regarding my student loan statements I don't know where this letter went, but I never received ANY COMMUNICATION2) Communication - On 10/1, Citizen's One sent me an email telling me that I needed to give them actual statements from my student loans I responded on 10/telling them that I don't get monthly statements, so if they could please advise me as to what I need to do instead NO RESPONSE What kind of a business just DOESN'T RESPOND to someone who is trying to give them business??? A simply email response saying that they couldn't give me any information and I would receive a letter in the mail, or something along those lines would have sufficed I also sent the attached email on 10/because I still hadn't heard anything from Citizen's One They claim they never received any more emails from me Again, please see attached And yet again, no response At this time I reported them to the Revdex.com and only THEN did I get a response from the Office of the Chairman3) If my denial was only due to my debt to income ratio, then WHY didn't I receive communication regarding the fact that if I had extra income, I could report that and my application would be reviewed again Or if I had a co-signer added to my application, it would be reviewed No, I simply received a denial with no further communication I do have extra income that I could report as well as having my husband be a co-signer on the loan, but no one from Citizens One has even told me about other optionsI am simply trying to consolidate my federal student loans to get a LOWER INTEREST RATE I am not trying to take out more debt; I have enough student loan debt as it is I do have more income that I could report and I also could have my husband as a co-signer, but was never given an opportunity to The fact that Citizens One couldn't even give me the courtesy of a simply email communication when I asked questions or a phone call is amazing to me It is obvious that there is lack of customer service skills and unfortunately I had to experience that first hand Regards, [redacted] ***
