We spoke briefly with Mr [redacted] on March 16, via phoneOn March 22nd we notified the Revdex.com we were still researching Mr [redacted] ’s concerns and would respond via mailed letter.On April we notified the Revdex.com that we were in receipt of Mr [redacted] ’s rebuttal complaint and we would respond via mail once our research was completed.The Revdex.com closed this complaint as unresolved on April 14, Our response to Mr [redacted] is also in the final stages of approval.In his rebuttal complaint , Mr [redacted] requested the Bank respond only via the Revdex.com PortalDue to privacy concerns we will be responding to Mr [redacted] only via mailed letter

A purchase and a deposit both went through on 5/23/Even though my account was in the positive, Citizens Bank decided to give me an overdraft charge because the mobile deposit couldn't go through until the next business dayBoth the charge and the deposit were made the previous weekend and both would not be going through until the next business day, which was Monday, May 23rdNow my account is in the negative because of Citizens Bank I would like a refund of $from the overdraft charge, as well as the daily charges that are bound to come through since Citizens Bank put my account in the negative

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments belowThe response provided by Citizens Bank is not appropriate for several reasons: Citizens Bank failed to take responsibility for a legally binding contract that expired on May 25th, Under writing and Loan Officer fully understood my commitment to the buyer and had the Legal Contract in their possession since April 10th, The contract clearly outlined I and my lender had days to get the loan approved Citizens Bank failed to provide timely updates to my Lawyer, [redacted] , Esq(details below) who repeatedly asked [redacted] (***[redacted] @citizensbank.com) for updates on the contract prior to April 25th, so that we could timely return a response to the seller and his attorney [redacted] , Esq[redacted] , LLP [redacted] [redacted] ***New York, NY Citizens Bank claims in its letter of rejection of responsibility for the charges that there was "No Bank Error" because they claim I failed to disclose my rental propertyin [redacted] This is totally NOT the case, I completely provided all requested information including my Tax Statements, rental statements, rental revenue, rental operating expenses, letters from management company, etc even though they requested it on April 13th (last minute) days before contract expiration Citizens Bank's Under Writing Department did not execute their commitment in a timely manner and this resulted in them failing to meet the deadlines of the agreed upon contract Furthermore, Citizens Bank failed to provide proper guidance to my lawyer before and after April 25th, when the contract expired so that he could timely notify the seller that the contract was null and voided Citizens Bank had full knowledge of the contract terms and KNEW they had to provide a TIMELY response by April 25th, or the buyer, in this case me, had deep financial consequences to deal with They disregarded these facts and provided a response on May 6th, WAY PAST DUE the April 25th, contract date As you can imagine, this is a complete DISREGARD to client commitment and resulted in me requesting the aforementioned amount to be refunded by Citizens Bank for their VERY CLEAR negligence to respond in a timely fashion to the agreed upon contract by BOTH parties - buyer and sellerI furthermore, provided, the Office of the Chairman with all supporting documentation showing this fact and they still responded with a letter that they think they made no error Based on the reviews of other Revdex.com complaints, this seems to be a recurring issue with Citizens Bank and the way they mistreat their mortgage prospective clients deeply impacting their financial well beingI hope Revdex.com can seriously review this case and influence Citizens Bank to recognize their fault and refund the money owed for their clear negligenceSincerely, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] The response from the bank is factually incorrect and completely unacceptableFirst, the bank blames other institutions for all delays, as they did throughout the entire process However, they fail to acknowledge doing nothing with our information for days In addition, throughout the entire process, they continually dismissed the instructions and guidance we provided to expedite the process, and made mistake after mistake which we had to correct and which caused further delaysSecond, concerning the most egregious act, the bank claims that they informed us of an increase in rate “verbally” This is categorically untrue and a complete and utter fabrication No important information was ever conveyed verbally to us without also having confirmation via e-mail or other written correspondence We kept careful notes on all verbal correspondence and we kept all e-mail messages and other written correspondence We were never informed of any increase in rate through any meansThe fact remains that an increase was made in the agreed upon rate without any re-disclosure or amendment to the construction/permanent mortgage loan commitment letter The bank appears to concede that no written re-disclosure or amendment was made, which would have been proper banking procedure In addition, no verbal re-disclosure or amendment was ever made Once again, the first time we saw any indication of an increased rate was when we sat down with our attorney on the closing date to execute documents Regards, [redacted]
