I realize that Navient cannot "help" me in this matter, but Navient is the focal point for this problem in the Student Loan Process.  Somehow, somewhere, they have reported or directed the US Dept of Ed or the Lender they represent to attach my tax returns even though it was obvious I was doing my best to set up a "wage-based" payment. Until they can trace down why and where my tax returns have went and find someone to release them, I am not happy with anything Navient, FH Cann & Associates, the Dept of Education or the Treasury Dept have handled or caused this issue.  They all need to talk to each other & find a way to resolve this issue.

 They responded that the matters were private and therefore sent me a letter with further details. I have not yet received any letter from them. I still need them to clear my delinquent late payment status from August, as I made a verbal agreement with three of their staff, including management, telling me that they would do so---as a payment plan went into agreement that month.
