I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. They are unwilling to work with me, and told me point blank that they don't care if I'm put out by their 8:50 pm calls (Central standard time) but that they will continue to call me whenever they feel like it and that my only options are to A) pay them money that I don't have or B) pay $50 every three months to keep it in forbearance, something else that I can't afford, and in the mean time, they will continue to harass me. I just simply want them to quit calling me so late at night, that is my only request and they flat out refuse to do anything about it.
Regards,

Their response merely prolongs and delays a quick and rightful abandonment of this claim of debt. Today will exhaust the Revdex.com response window while I wait for yet another empty claim letter in the mail? I require them to abandon this claim, as Sallie Mae has been provided all the evidence required for a reasonable resolution.Regards,

Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Problem:Pursuitant to FDIC executive order against Sallie Mae and Navient, FDIC-13-0366b and FDIC-13-0367k Navient has been hereby ordered to repay me over $20,000 based on their unfair business practices. During the time frame of my repayment of the initial loan, Navient refused to either cooperate or disclose contract terms and conditions specified in the federal law suit won against them. Therefore, I am requesting over $20,000 payment of unfair and fraudelent charges paid to Navient. Per the FDIC consent order and Repayment and restitution plan Navient has been hereby ordered to repay me the above amount specified under law.Translate Desired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:RefundselectDesired Outcome:Per my account [redacted] and loan # [redacted] Navient was paid under protest by me over $38,000. Not only did they violate the Statue of Limitations Laws, but they also refused to cooperate regarding any consumer laws and statues and tried to rather dictate the law themselves. Per the above FDIC lawsuit, I am entitled to my refund and accounts credit refund per FDIC-13-0366b for their unfair business practice and fraud. Therefore, I request my refund amount of $20,000.00. Again, payments were made by me in protest only until legal resolution could be established. This was indeed established by the Federal lawsuit, and Navient refused to comply even after Federal law required it.
