The response helps me nor my account. I'm told navient and Navient's recovery are two different companies. I contacted Navient Recivery and I was told that they are the same company and they can't help me I have to deal with who currently has my account When I contact who currently has my account I'm told they have noting to do with it and to either make payments, pay a payout amount. When I discuss the amount being incorrect they tell me to contact navient.

First I never received that letter. Second navient's screwed up my automatic debit that I've been using for years. third, I was charged a late fee for reasons unknown and invalidity. 4th I tried calling to resolve this during the acclaimed hours and again they were not open. hirruvke business practices and deceitful illegal activity.

I have attached the response from Navient. They gave me the run around for another few weeks and had me jump through more hoops only to deny my request again. This time, I was told I didn't qualify. In the past I was told I didn't submit the forms. I submit (just last week) my 2015 income tax showing a $30K loss in income due to my husband being unemployed. Yet I don't qualify for an income sensitive loan? I emailed the company asking to have a manager contact me or perhaps I should get a lawyer. What Navient is doing is unacceptable, you cannot reach a manager and they don't seem to want to help as much as they pretend to. I think this company needs to take it's customers seriously.

I have reviewed the response made by the...
business in reference to complaint ID[redacted]. Basically they just told me that they were within their rights to call numerous time and that their records show it was during times that they were legally allowed. They also denied calling after a request to not call or an answer was had, which is not true but since I don't have a record of it I assume there is nothing I can do about it. In the future I will be making a record so that I can better defend myself and my co-signer against harassment.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. They are unwilling to work with me, and told me point blank that they don't care if I'm put out by their 8:50 pm calls (Central standard time) but that they will continue to call me whenever they feel like it and that my only options are to A) pay them money that I don't have or B) pay $50 every three months to keep it in forbearance, something else that I can't afford, and in the mean time, they will continue to harass me. I just simply want them to quit calling me so late at night, that is my only request and they flat out refuse to do anything about it.

Complaint Type:Billing or Collection IssuesselectProblem:This is not the first Revdex.com complaint I have filed with Navient. I filed a compliant a few months back and was not satisfied with my resolution. The previous complaint was (Complaint ID # [redacted]- Navient.) It pertains to the same problems arising in this new complaint. Clearly there is a lack of Compliance and Regulatory control within Navient. I will preface this complaint explaining I work for a financial institutions collection compliance department and am well versed on collection and regulatory laws!! On 11/2/15 at 7;30 AM central time, I made a online payment to Navient for $583.57 with the confirmation number 49516938C. I received an inbound call from Navient at 8:04 AM where I gave the representative my information and the confirmation of the payment amount as well as the confirmation number. Next I received a missed call from Navient at 10:06 AM. Another missed call from Navient at 10:15 AM. I responded to the missed calls at 11:15 AM by calling Navient and giving the same information I did with the first representative that morning. On 11/3/15 at 8:32 AM I received a call from Navient and explained for the 3rd time the same information pertaining to the online payment. At 9:13 AM I received a missed call from Navient. At 10:30 AM I received another missed call from Navient. At 11:37 AM I called Navient and spoke with another representative and explained the same payment and confirmation information. My co- signers have been getting just as many calls as I have. I stated previously, this is not the first complaint I have filed about the volume of calls! I know the auto dialer cant possibly be set to call that amount of times within a two(2) day period. Also, representatives can clearly see when my account populates on their screen the previous notes of me talking to Navient! Surely Navient is well aware of TCPA laws. The CFPB and my Attorney will be the next people contacted and in communication with Navient if a monetary settlement is not reached. I will have my Attorney subpoena the (call recording history) between me and Navient which is quite lengthy!TranslateDesired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:Other (requires explanation)selectDesired Outcome:I want a Cease and Desist on all collection communication efforts from Navient. My co-signers request the same! My desired settlement is monetary. If a monetary settlement is not reached a lawsuit will be the next step and communication will than be held by my attorney

Problem:Pursuitant to FDIC executive order against Sallie Mae and Navient, FDIC-13-0366b and FDIC-13-0367k Navient has been hereby ordered to repay me over $20,000 based on their unfair business practices. During the time frame of my repayment of the initial loan, Navient refused to either cooperate or disclose contract terms and conditions specified in the federal law suit won against them. Therefore, I am requesting over $20,000 payment of unfair and fraudelent charges paid to Navient. Per the FDIC consent order and Repayment and restitution plan Navient has been hereby ordered to repay me the above amount specified under law.Translate Desired Resolution / OutcomeDesired Resolution:RefundselectDesired Outcome:Per my account [redacted] and loan # [redacted] Navient was paid under protest by me over $38,000. Not only did they violate the Statue of Limitations Laws, but they also refused to cooperate regarding any consumer laws and statues and tried to rather dictate the law themselves. Per the above FDIC lawsuit, I am entitled to my refund and accounts credit refund per FDIC-13-0366b for their unfair business practice and fraud. Therefore, I request my refund amount of $20,000.00. Again, payments were made by me in protest only until legal resolution could be established. This was indeed established by the Federal lawsuit, and Navient refused to comply even after Federal law required it.

They didn't solve anything except send me forms I already filled out initially. As of now everything is exactly the same...no solution.
