I communicated with *** ***l on 2/2/and expedited her cancellation request along with letting her know there were no rebates available from Nissan on the vehicle she boughtI apologized for the miscommunication and have addressed the situation
with the employees involved

I am rejecting this response because:None of what I read of Nissans response makes senseI did not request to fill out multiple credit inquires and although stated that it would not affect my creditI did not give permission to have my credit ran because I made it aware that if it was not possible with my credit to purchase a vehicle that I did not want to purchase a vehicle with NissanInstead of meeting my request they pressured to ask either for a cosigner or money downAlso I myself *** *** am a female not a male*** gathered my information several times I belive they should know my information and what they have done having business with them.

I am rejecting this response because: His employees either on their own or at the direction of Mr*** deliberately falsified my amount of income fully knowing that I had not even started work yet at *** *** Restaurant and the amount that I was makingThe car was a lease car and/or rental car and was sold to me purposely as a brand new carThe mileage was deliberately misreported at when there was over miles on the car after the mileage was changedI want the return of my *** SL or the difference in a the new car price which I paid and that of a lease/rentall/demonstrator car

Went there to have them install a rear spoiler which they didn't do a good job, there services is bad and work are bad beware if you love your car don't go there

I apologize for the mix up ..I was under the assumption that she had received her prize...she can come and see the manager *** *** the floor manger and he can take care of that, as for the hour rule in the state of TEXAS that only comes into play if we bring the car to the customer...she took actual delivery here at the dealership voiding the hour loophole

I am rejecting this response because: It's not so much that I am rejecting his response but there has been no resolution yet so I cannot accept responseWe have played phone tag for past few days but I've called times in past min and get transferred to wrong person or the phone just rings! In a quick response to his message, why would they have documented all of their lies? Also, yes you guys cut a check to pay for the November payment AFTER I heard from the bank that my payment was overdue and I had to drive down to the dealership and get it resolved with yet ANOTHER NEW GM! I will wait for a response, best time to reach me is at 1pm or 6pm Mon -Fri or anytime on the weekend.

We in faith tried to sell [redacted] a vehicle and were unable to get him approved through our financing. While trying to obtain financing we submit his loan through several financial institutions, while this has a very minor impact on credit it was done at his request by filling out a...

credit application. He has the option at anytime to finance through his own financial source.

At this time we are prepared to offer to repair the car at the quoted estimated price,we cannot control what the cost of repairs to a vehicle are  until we fully diagnose the problem,the vehicle...

came to our shop after the customer took it somewhere else and spent 2500 for repair work ...in essence that work he had performed caused more harm than good.We apologize for any inconvenience and would like to be of assistance in this matter if possible.

I talked to Mr. [redacted] and resolved his complaint. I called Nissan and had them warranty the battery.

Tried to contact customer,left her a message to contact Vincent Lilly.The problem is in the process of being resolved as we speak a check has been cut and sent to the customer.

I am rejecting this response because: we have submitted all the paper work to cancel...

the gap insurance, maintenance insurance and extended warranty, but we have yet to receive an explanation of what the $4,010.00 additional charge was for above the sticker price. We try and try to talk to someone there but never get an answer. I sure did not expect to pay $4,010.00 just to do business with clay cooley. We still have not received a copy of the contract and the costs involved.

THIS COMPLAINT WAS ANSWERED AND SENT TO [redacted]....PLEASE CHECK AND VERIFY WHICH STORE THE COMPLAINT ACTUALLY CAME FROM. THE ONLY ISSUE WE ARE AWARE OF IS A CUSTOMER HIT A DEER, WHICH DAMAGED A VEHICLE. HITTING AN ANIMAL IS NOT COVERED UNDER ANY WARRANTY WE HAVE THAT IS AVAILABLE. WE...

SUGGEST THE CUSTOMER TURN THE DAMAGE INTO THEIR INSURANCE COMPANY.

The customer misunderstood about the rebate concept...he was under the impression that you would get the rebates and discounts applied to the sell of the car and get to apply for the tax saving again at tax time .That would make the car half price...We have tried to explain to  the...

customer on several occasions but he did not like the explanation.
