We would like to reach out and apologize for the confusion on this deal...the tax credit program only apply  to the purchase of a Nissan leaf the discounts are calculated different when you do a lease...on the lease you only are paying for the usage of the vehicle vs.ownership it can be complicated but we have a staff in place that would be glad to explain the differences clearly. [redacted], the [redacted] family bought 2 vehicles from us and we negotiated them as 2 car deals. One of the deals had a trade-in that had severe inequity and the only way to put the deal together was to blend the inequity into...

both deals. The [redacted] family was well aware of the complete transaction and was communicated with in Spanish as the salesperson, the sales manager and the finance manager all speak Spanish. The family came back in to resign the transaction a few days later because we received a better interest rate from the lender, a week later the daughters showed up to the dealership wanting to communicate about the transaction and were very upset that we could not communicate with them because they were not on the deal. The daughters were not here during any of the negotiations. We sold the [redacted] family 2 vehicles in good faith and made them a fair deal.
