DESIRED RESOLUTION: CEASE AND DESIST ALL CONTACT FROM HOMETRUST & ALL

I heard about HomeTrust through word of mouth I was told it was a very reputable company and that was my experience as well Everything was handled very professionally and all of my questions and concerns were answered right away Bryan and Kelly were especially good to work with

No surprises, everything was as expected You were very up front and went as expeced You handled everything All I had to do was come and sign If you calculate it back, we got the same money as if we listed it, we would have paid the commission and we were happy to not have to go through all the annoyances Without all the hassle, and inspections and repairs

This is our third purchase with HomeTrust and it went very smoothly The website is easy to navigate Most communication with via email and text with Kelly, who was very professional and responsive We are looking forward to this project and future projects as well

I have repeatedly, since summer until Oct, requested ( through the email voice prompt menu) to be removed from this company's mailing list Still I continue to get these unwanted solicitations to sell my home The most recent requests were via the company phone system (designated menu option to cease receipt) on: 8/14, 9/and 10/of this year These dates correlate to when the mailings were received

From start to finish Kelly made the entire process absolutely wonderfulUltimately the most sincere and professional person that I could have ever hoped to work withAll went smoothly, timely and I was kept informed the whole time.Thank you Clear Sale and Kelly!

After several voice mail messages left, speaking with a female representative at this company, I have requested to be removed off this companies listI’m not interested in their service selling my home or anything associated with what this company is trying to do, buy or sellNow they are contacting me thru my post office box which I’m on the no all no context list so they should have no informationThis company is violating my privacy not respecting what I have asked them to do and now they are attempting mailing to my p.obox? UnexceptabkeI want them to permanently remove me for all of their companies ads, the affiliates and other company locationsIt’s sad it has to come to this but when someone is breaking privacy laws, something has to be done about it

Wow, we are really impressed with the ClearSale/HomeTrust team! There is a lot of confusion out there, and everyone wants to get the best price Hope has a great process which made it so easy Fair prices, stress reduced, thank you for a truly great experience I would recommend working with this wonderful organization They really care, and we were really surprised to find a company with such great integrity

We couldn't be happier with our experience with HomeTrust The offer we were given was exactly in line with what we were hoping to get It almost seemed too good to be true Bryan was professional and friendly while visiting our home We accepted the offer on the first visit, and it was finalized within a week, with closing only few weeks later Kelly was always available and reached out frequently to answer our questions before closing Closing went smoothly, and the sale is final I will highly recommend HomeTrust to anyone selling a home They are a fantastic team

You guys are dynamite! I grew up in that house We have had it for close to yearsIt was originally my mother's houseI was renting it to my daughters and then to my granddaughters That needed to change Bryan was so patient with me, we were talking for months while I figured out how to work this He was always so patient, kind, professional He never once made me feel any pressureI can't praise him enough We would talk and I would say they are still living there, the last time I was with him, I told him all about what was going on and he wanted to put the lockbox on and we had some fun I was even scared to go over to my own *** house I didn't have any control, they were doing what they wantedI'm grinning nowKelly was a riot I was so excited when she called with the Green Light CallYou guys were able to close two weeks sooner than I expected which was fantastic for meThe numbers are just like they were supposed to beLoad off my back, thanks to you guys Do they have and a half stars so I can give you more?

We have been in the process of organizing our family estate for a long time, and today everything is resolved and our house is sold We are happy to be moving on to our next chapter down South Steve came over to meet with us and see the house He was professional, arrived in a tucked in, logo, collard shirt He was respectful and explained the different options and how the HomeTrust process works We agreed on a fair price and here we are at close It's all gone as we expected HomeTrust and Kelly were so nice to work with, they kept in good contact We never wondered what was going on The numbers are just as we expected and the close was smooth with no surprises We had to leave a lot of stuff that we didn't want at the house and it was nice to not have to go through it all and take the time and effort to clear it HomeTrust really helped us out and we would recommend working with them They are the best!

I don't understand why people who have never worked with you guys don't just toss the junk mail like everyone else does Why knock a good company of good people they never even worked with!? They must not have much to do in life if they get so riled up by every ad they come across If they were smart, they would sell you their house instead of complaining!
