It was a Pleasure doing business with HomeTrust Fair price and no pressuring during sale They went out of their way to treat me well and make it easy Set up a mobile closing so I didn't have to travel and didn't charge for this courtesy I would do business with them again

I have called them number provided on the mailing solicitation and have never been able to talk to someone in person The standard greeting is to leave a message I have left numerous messages with my name and the address shown on the mailing that they are wanting to purchase I have told them repeatedly to stop the mailings, the property is not for sale and would never be to them Please add my name to the list of complaints for the harassing mailing offering to buy my house and make certain they permanently remove our names, and address form their mailing listMy house is not for sale and would never be marketed though this type of service I do not need a reply from them, all I'm asking it to stop all mailings to us

This business continues to send their annoying Pink Postcards indicating that they have been trying to reach me and are interested in purchasing my property If I wanted to sell my home there would be a "For Sale" sign prominently posted in my front yardOn average I receive a post card from this business 1-times per month The first couple I ignored and shredded the cards to be recycled in the dog waste bin The next card that came I wrote a letter requesting that my property be removed from their "property prospect" list When I received a phone call from one of their associates, I called their office and left a message they had crossed the line and would be reported to the Revdex.com since my phone number is unlisted/unpublished Seriously Home Trust LLC develop a better business model of acquiring new clients and quit harassing those of us who have no interest in selling our homes/properties to greedy Real Estate Investors (a.k.aReal Estate Pimps) Greed is one of the deadly sinsShame on you! Any further solicitations to purchase my home will be shredded and recycled with the dog wasteQuit killing trees!

My experience with ClearSale/HomeTrust was fantastic They are really good at thisThere were some challenges with a family member staying at the house and we were able to work out everything Even under difficult circumstances, ClearSale and Kelly were calm and focused on resolution and making it easy for usI highly recommend working with them They just changed their name from HomeTrust to ClearSale so I don't know which name to put on this, it's the same people, same company either way They obviously are very experienced, they have a clear process so everything is as it's expected They say "Improving lives through real estate" and it's true
