Review: I was having trouble with my computer in Oct., 2013 and the icon "Click 4 Support" appeared and said they could help me with my computer problem. After much back and forth for 2days they said they could fix my problem and that I would owe them. $656.99....which I foolish paid them with my credit card.. They supposedly fixed the problem, then approx. 1 month later I had the same problem. I promptly called them and they said they could not return my money, nor could they fix my problem.On 1/27/14' I received a called from one of their employees saying they wanted to return my money and they needed all my credit card infor. And I said no way was I going to again give them this infor. I suggested they take my address and just send me the check or send a form to fill out and I would return it. The man got angry and said our co. Is in trouble and I have to give you the money back Or He would lose his job and I must Give it to him over the phone ...he was not happy with me. I asked his name and he hesitated and said it was [redacted] and his telephone number was ###-###-#### ** and he was calling from the [redacted]. Then he hung up on me without my credit card info.My credit card statement said their co. Is located at:[redacted]My reference number for services that I did not receive is: [redacted] Also, all of the people I talked with were from [redacted] and very difficult to understand.Please let me know the outcome.
