due to the age of the account, CMRE has closed the account and instructed the credit reporting agencies to delete the entry from the consumer's credit profile

The consumer had several accounts assigned to CMRE
When CMRE received notification of the consumer's bankruptcy CMRE correctly
updated the consumer's credit profile to show the accounts status as bankruptAs a courtesy to
the consumer and due to the age of the accounts we have are instructing
both Experian
and TransUnion to delete the accounts from the consumer's credit profile CMRE has no control as to how long it will
take the credit reporting agencies to remove the accounts

CMRE has no control over how quickly items are removed by the credit reporting agencies

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve myubiquitous ubiquitous complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Greetings:I was not given an opportunity to respond with a reason for the rejection of the Business' response at least I did not find where to type in my response.I reviewed the letter from CMRE Financial Services. No where in that letter did it reveal that CHAMPVA was indicating that I was insured with someone else; neither was that information revealed to me at the time of me initiating my dispute with themHad that information been revealed to me at the time, I would have explained to them, as I did the Provider, that an error had occurred in the CHAMPVA systemI would have informed them to resubmit the bill I notified CMRE upon receipt of the collection notice that I was disputing the bill. At the time of service, validity of my status as an insured of CHAMPVA can be corroborated. CMRE is passing the buck and covering up their nefarious attempt to slam my credit in an effort to hold it hostage for payment CMRE should remove this derogatory entry from my credit profile on the basis that their response to the Revdex.com does not match the text in their correspondence, which does not indicate that there was a problem with CHAMPVA identifying me as an insuredPeriod! This slam is about getting around the Provider accepting assignment of the amount authorized by CHAMPVA. This is a scam, and they need to unleash my credit profileThey have broken the law, and I demand that the derogatory information is deleted from my credit report.I hope that this explanation of my rejection reaches the correct party Blessings, ***.......*** ***

I still have not received any communication on what these bills are. Your company continues to say this is a valid debt but I don't even know what or who the original creditor is on these bills. I would like to know how to resolve this matter but in doing so I need some type of statement that explains what these bills are sent to my new address. I have reached out to try and resolve this matter and still have not received any response.

The consumer can submit a copy of his explanation of benefits provided to him by his insurance company if he feels the balance is incorrect. We would be happy to have the original service provider review his explanation of benefits to see ifany further discount is due. If so we will be happy to refund him any monies overpaid. At this point the service provider'scharges are based on the information they received from the consumers insurance company.
