TERRIBLE SERVICEI paid them and refuse to help AT ALL they are the worst creditors I’ve dealt with PERIOD!!!! They should not be in business and should be shut down

I contacted CMRE on 02/24/to resolve this issue. They told me I could not dispute it
In September I paid a medical bill that had gone in to collection with CMRE I was under the impression that I had paid the bill long ago It was not until I signed up for Experian credit tracker that I found out this bill went to collection I was never notified, by mail, email or phone, by CMRE The amount was $I paid it as soon as I found it on Experian and now they won't remove it from my credit report It is the only bad mark on my report and it brings my credit rating down to good

I never received any notice of late payment by CMRE Although they said they sent a notice, I never received one I have no history of late payment and have no reason to not pay such a small sum The total I paid was $that included penalties and late fees which I should not have paid As soon as I found the collection note on my FICO credit report I tracked CMRE down and payed the amount due Once again, CMRE never sent me a notice of late payment due or any notice at all This should be removed from my credit report because I am not at fault....my credit report reflects this

The captioned claim was satisfactory resolved. I also reported this company to the CFPB. The company deleted the negative info from my credit profile. Apparently, the insurance company paid the provider and did not update CMRE.I am satisfied with the results. FYI!Were it not for the Revdex.com and the CFPB, they would not have restored my creditThat is how mean they were being. Thank you for your assistance! Regards,

I received a notice of an outstanding debt after applying for a mortgage that I wasn't aware of due to moving across the country I immediately called CMRE to pay off the debt and ask that they remove the debt from my credit score They informed me that I would need to speak with a manager to get consideration of the removal of the debt After several voicemails and phone calls I haven't gotten a call back from any manager I really need this removed from my credit report and given I was not located at the address that the bills were being sent to I don't believe it's fair that I'm being penalized for this debt

Beware of this company - they tried to bill me as if I owe an amount to a doctor when in fact that is not true If you receive a notice of overdue amount for an amount, contact your insurance company before you respond to CMRE's notice - in my case, this appears to be a fraudulent attempt or phishing

I was making monthly payment for medical tests, that did not get covered by an insurance company( I was NEVER notified by insurance that they had cancelled my coverage days before mammogram and other tests were done.) I lost my job January and receive no unemployment and still not working I borrow money from family to make monthly payments...This should have never been turned over to this financial place I sent them a letter with my last monthly payment ..They threatened me with each call and letter Help me .....I am doing my best with monthly payments, until the bill will be paid I have had excellent credit and they are threatening to report me to the credit unions

The consumer has three accounts assigned to CMRE; the dates of service are all in April The consumer provided insurance information with coverage starting in July of and an application showing he was applying for the coverage; it was dated July All the information provided
was for dates after our dates of serviceAs part of our investigation I contacted our client, they have confirmed that no insurance information was provided by the patient at the time of serviceIn order for the consumer’s insurance to be billed, he must provide proof of coverage for April Should the consumer be unable to provide proof of coverage for the time of service he will be held responsible for his debt

The consumer has acknowledged that he was in fact aware of other methods of payment availableto him, he chose to pay on lineHis concerns have been forwarded to our IT department for review.CMRE does not allow anyone to be treated in a less than respectful mannerThe representatives hespoke to are being re-trained by a manager

This is a medical bill which does not belong to myself and has caused me to loose, housing, financing and more The worst thing is that the information being provided for account number *** is incorrect and does not belong to me once again They want to file a police report no they were trying to force me to file a police report on an account which they have not provided me no evidence of usage, ownership, debits, credits, this is not id theft This is the companies error in reporting someone elses info on my reports and c lear violation of HIPPA

An agreement was made with the original provider of services to w/o all services under their financial assistance program due to my qualifying by being well below the Federal Poverty lineI completed applications sent to me and I was under impression that all accounts were closed as is the rule for FPL guidelines which provide coverage per yearI now have multiple items showing on my credit for passed due amounts for this provider by CMRE FinancialThe company was also in again notified by the Director of Patient Financial Services *** *** to cease collection efforts and even told CMRE to cease a lawsuit that was filed by them for these same accounts and all lawsuits were cancelled as directedI now have these items on my credit which I have attempted to remove by disputing but CMRE refuses to send me anything or delete said items and only responds that debt is correct, even though original provider has confirmed with me that these are being billed to me in error

CRME unlawfully placed an account for collections on my credit report that was from an emergency room visit involving a workers compensation injury on July 3, The emergency room was paid the MPN amount from the workers compensation insurance and was sent a letter stating that it was an illegal act against federal laws that protected injured workers from negative actions regarding workers compensation billingCMRE represents this hospital, *** *** ***, and was informed of the payment processed on January 29th, As an MPN network workers compensation payment is payment in full It is against federal regulations and law to place a bill for a workers compensation insurance claim on the credit report of the injured worker, which is myself CMRE was informed of this on February 1st, Regardless, they have reported to Transunion and Equifax this bill as a derogatory collection on my credit
