YES, I CALLED LAST YEAR TO SETTLE MY ACCOUNT TO GET A SETTLEMENT SO I COULD SAVE UP FOR ITTHEY OFFERED ME A SETTLEMENT AMOUNT OF $TO PAY IT OUTRIGHT, AND IT WOULD BE REMOVED OFF MY CREDITNOW HERE WE ARE, WHERE I CAN PAY THE AMOUNT AND I'M TOLD 'SORRY YOU SHOULD'VE TAKEN IT' IN A VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL TONEI WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THIS ISSUE WHEN I CALLED IN THE FIRST TIMETHE MAN I SPOKE WITH LET ME KNOW THE ACCOUNT BALANCE WAS $AND BECAUSE I 'DIDN'T TAKE THE OTHER ONE' HE WOULD ONLY OFFER ME $INSTEADI SAID I WOULD TAKE IT AND WAS RUDELY FROM THERE TRANSFERRED TO THE AUTOMATIC THING AFTER ALSO BEING TOLD 'IT WON'T BE TAKEN OFF YOUR CREDIT LIKE WE PROMISED'WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND LIARS!!!!

I was at the hospital ER on Dec28th, My insurance paid the claim and I never received any further bills I was checking my credit history yesterday and found a collection on my report which was perfect before than I contacted CMRE about it and the informed about the over due bill I paid it that day after I was notified about it I asked CMRE if that would be removed from my report and they stated that their policy was no I told them I never even knew about the payment and they said I should have I always paid all my bills and this company seems to go after people without noticing them This has dropped my credit from excellent to barely good for a bill that was 112$ and will stay there for yrs!

CMRE *** did not provide me a HIPPA release that releases my medical information to them,therefore by providing such information they are in VIOLATION of my HIPPA rights

I have alerts set up on my credit reports to monitor any changes and was shocked when I checked my credit reports to see this account placed by CMRE AFTER I spoke with a manager named *** or *** (Im not exactly sure)She pulled up the account and saw it was not mineShe apologized and it was removed from my equifax and transunion but it is still on my experian

I got a automated voice message last week asking me to callWhen I did I was told I had an outstanding $balance that was in collectionsI called the company who had issued the original bill to find out what was going on and after getting everything worked out was told the bill had been sent to collections back in April, It's late September, When I called CMRE back to pay the bill, I asked why they had waited six months to contact meThe agent initially ignored my question and kept asking for informationWhen I asked again, she curtly replied "we sent documentation" and again redirected the conversationWhen I persisted for an explanation, she said that they had sent documentation back in April and if I wanted proof I would have to sue them and subpoena the proof (yes, that's literally what she said)After seeing all the other reviews where folks had much the same experience, I can't help but conclude that these folks are dishonest and lacking in integrity

I have been getting collection notices for a $payment since October My insurance company called *** office and the office said they did not receive payment and Brittany from my insurance company send a copy of the cashed check*** at your company got the copy and said I do not owe on this billFinally in February 2016, I got a letter from *** stating that I owe them nothingI am still getting collection letters from this collection agency and they are now stating they will report me to the credit agencies of *** and *** since my bill is still unpaidSeems the collection agency and *** *** *** *** can't get together on thisI have contacted both to no availAcct #***

I have contacted this company for the first times in order to resolve an issue I discovered on my credit reportI was treated very poorly as if I was guilty of something which I was unaware of at the timeI found the customer service of this company deplorable especially from the perspective of someone who is trying to resolve an issue previously not known to themI felt very disrespectful the man keep asking my credit card he said you know how much you have to pay and keep ask for my credit cardi ask if they could give me information about the I ask if I could get information about the Doctor and what my insurance had paid he keep telling the balances was what the insurance didn’t coverHe keep saying *** is your son right and keep asking for my credit card how do you want me to pay something I haven’t seen a bill for
The date of medical services was 3/at uci medical office I been with *** *** for the last yearsit make no sense

I signed up for credit karma and noticed a collection from CMRE, not recognizing I disputed with transunion and they quickly deleted this erroneous entrySo I decided to pull a hard copy of all reports and CMRE was also reporting to ExperianIt's an unknown medical collectionThe only reason I know it's a medical collection cause it's says "doctors er corporation" alleged date of service 7-3-I don't recall an ER visit I think that's something I would remember3-21-I disputed with Experian4-1-Experian said it was verified and to contact CMRE4-29-I mailed CMRE a letter to validate this debt, I requested to see a bill or some sort of contract that I signed that obligates me to pay this debt5-9-I received letter from CMRE with none of the information I requested just my name and how much they say I oweCMRE cannot show me any proof that this debt is indeed mineI've never got any notice from them EVER

I am unaware of this medical bill It's posting on my credit and I cannot get ahold of the company Please remove this from my credit

SooooI called, trying to resolve a debt, and oh boy did I get a good laugh!!! Whoever answered asked for a account number I obviously didn't have it, so I told her thatShe asked who was the company, and I obviously lost track of who it was, which I told herShe said "oh, so one day you decided to pick up the phone and call?" That upset me, but with the calmest voice I said "thanks for answering my call, but can you transfer me to someone that's more costumer service drive?" and that is when she hung up!! LMFAO! Seriously? This is the worst company I have ever dealt withOn top of that, I didn't get to pay my debt LOLI am giving them a star because zero isn't listed as an option

I had an issue with my hand and after seeing several different doctors/surgeon, I received X-rays and cat scans at different providers I received many different bills and was waiting for everything to get settled with my insurance company It was also very confusing as some of the providers bill under different names I pay for the credit service Experian to monitor my credit and as it's always in the high 700's to low 800's, you can imagine my shock when I was notified that a collection account had been open against me I called within a few days and paid it When I called to ask them to remove it from my credit, the rep that I spoke with at CMRE stated that they never remove items from credit reports and that she would have a manager call me That was days ago and no one has reached out to me I was ever more shocked to see on Yelp that there was a review on how helpful they are and that they understood and removed negative items from a woman's credit report I am a business

I noticed a $item on my credit report from this entityThis was not a proper or authorized charge and I want this immediately removed from my credit reportThis is ridiculous and judging by other complaints against this company there appears to be a systematic pattern of fraudulent behaviorFailing to address this immediately will result in a complaint with the FTC in addition to this complaint

I found some accounts of my credit report that do not belong to me, I decided to send a debt validation request to CMRE under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, USC 1692g Sec(b)It has been over days with no response

they were able to correct their mistake

The consumer signed an agreement which
bound not only the consumer to the terms, it also binds CMRE, Once the terms
of the agreement are completed, CMRE will uphold their end of the agreement
The consumer received a copy of the agreement, signed and returned itThe
