Dear Sir/Madam:Despite the fact that Coach had refunded my $repair cost...I felt that the hard earned money that I have poured into the purchase of the bag had not been worthwhile. For the item was clearly defective (I tried to attached some pictures of the condition of the bag after only years but unfortunately they were not attaching...send me a private email and I will send them for your perusal) and not your usual wear and tear item.I am more than willing to return their item for it is clearly not the same quality as they use to be 5-years ago and as their records will show I havebeen a frequent customer of theirs.As I have read their responds to me and interpret their answer...it is when you basically buy something from Coach this days regardless if it is $or $10,their items are "INFERIOR" in quality for they can "ONLY" guarantee their item/product for (1) year and (1) year "ONLY"...the rest...you are on your own.The public should be aware of this and I will definitely spread the word via social media and other source of media if Coach is unwilling to settle this matter with me.This is unfair especially for hard working Americans who try to make a living every day and treat themselves once in a while with something nice thinking you are buying something quality and promoting brand items that has been in business for decades thinking they are reliable and trust worthy and will stand with their products but apparently only are more concern of their wealth and greediness.This is a very good example of a business that has gone from an "Excellence" to "Mediocre" in quality and service...to my opinion...unless...I am proven wrong

Coach had made no attempt to come to an amicable resolution or even attempt to address the issues in my complaintThey simply continue to attempt to throw a 25% discount forcing me to spend more money with them at meBy the way this coupon is readily available to the general public in their mailers in fact I have one now, so really they have done nothing to attempt to address or resolve my concernAll they have done is infuriate me more by suggesting I will be coming back to shop with them when they have failed to resolve my current issues with themTheir replies have offered no type of compromise or alternate solution store credit, even exchange some type of willingness to attempt to resolve the issue has not been demonstratedI have a brand new bag with the tags attached directly from coach that they are refusing to assist in an exchange or store credit. I do not believe my request is unreasonable and I have been flexible in the resolution yet they continue to try to force a coupon for a purchase down my throat without so much as even bothering or attempting to address the issues in my complaintI am extremely disappointed and disgusted in their lack of customer service and their conflict resolutionWhy is a brand new bag with the tags attached that is in perfect condition not accepted for an even exchange or store credit? They have still failed to answer the question or even address the issue! Again I have been flexible in coming to a resolution, they have not! This is unacceptable and their reply is not appreciated or accepted!

I have been purchasing coach for years and to my dismay this is the first problem I have ever had with a bag it is sad as a consumer of there products and a mere zipper can not be fixed to a established company not even to be able to even give me references to even where I can fix the bag so if I go purchase another bag and the same problem happens whom should have to be the blame the bag that was sent bag was not used often because of me changing purses with outfits and the 40% off is to make or want me to go purchase another item where is the bounds of this establishment you pay all this money for what to have a unusable item that's now basically worthless not upset about the purse just the principles of establishment are disappointing to think so highly of a company that you have supported for years
