Code3Tactical did cancel my orders one at a time, but they were extremely slow in doing so. The make it sound like the fault was mine when it clearly was theirs. They did refund my credit card on the final order only after the Revdex.com intervened.

Ordered several different types of ammo (9mm, 38 cal, 22LR) and was told it would take 0-8 weeks to receive my order. This was on April 17, 2013. Today is January 28, 2014. Over nine months later. Today they canceled my order without fulfilling it claiming they can't get the ammo from their manufacturers. If this were true they would be out of business by now. I don't think they want to fulfill the orders due to price increases on their end. I have received no communication from Code 3 Tactical regarding this order unless it has been in response to my emails to them. Very unprofessional company. I recommend that no one do business with them.

The customer provided the tracking number and then realized she had us mixed up with another store.  All of the customer's emails and were read and responded to however it wasn't until the customer realized she had us mixed up with another store that the situation was resolved.* Her credit card...

I read what C3T said on their response to you. I see discrepancies from their actual responses to me. IE:  I "realized that I mixed up with another store"... FALSE, that was their own wording to sound better to the Revdex.com. They said I was unaware that my husband was corresponding.... FALSE, another lure to switch the attention off of C3T. I was the one that included my husband on my emails so he would be in the loop.  It is inaccuracy such as this example that has been common through my communications with them. They canceled my order due to my contacting Revdex.com.  That is alright with me. I just wanted the Revdex.com to know that I appreciate your expeditious response to try to help me resolve the issue.  We will make sure our credit card statement is accurate and plan on never using this company again.
This being said. I will accept that they canceled my order, I am disappointed in their lack of customer service, however, it is a lesson learned on handling business online in this day and age.
This was my first time contacting Revdex.com and I am proud of how it was handled by the Revdex.com organization. I approve if you post this response to the website even though I have chosen to move on and do business with a provider of services that has better customer service skills.  It is a small warning to other customers what to know before submitting an order.

Customer ordered custom made shoulder holster.  Customer was advised of ETA from the manufacturer.  Customer canceled the order and upon verification from the...

manufacturer that the holster was not drop shipped a full refund was issued to their credit card.  Confirmation #[redacted]  Although we do not know how long it takes for each refund to process, for most customers it is a 2 - 5 business days.  Visa, Mastercard and American Express advise in some instances it can take up to 30 days.  After we issue a refund we no longer have any control as to when it will hit a customer's bank account.   There is an excellent 3rd party article describing the credit card return process here: [redacted]

I placed an online order for CCI 22 long rifle bullets which the web site listed as in stock. When the order didn't arrive within a few week I sent an email because them we site said they wouldn't answer online orders by phone. The response by Sara was the item was not in stock due to the...

demand for 22 long rifle bullets. Also as soon as they arrive my order will be sent.  I will admit I haven't done a follow up until now. When I did a web search for this company, nothing but complaints popped up and one of them was this site for the Revdex.com.

your credit card was never charged.  It was authorized at the time of purchase however a bank authorization hold generally lasts for 3 - 5 days.  Your card was never charged and that particular ammunition still remains on a national backorder.
Again, I'm not sure how to respond or what exactly the compliant is?

I received a refund check from the business but when I went to cash it the check was no good. So I have not received the refund the business stated

We responded to the customer BEFORE receiving this complaint with the Revdex.com.  A check was sent from the wrong account.
Customer was advised to redeposit the check.
A $35 check was sent to compensate for any issues resulting in the issue.

Ordered 1 simple item, and C3Tcharged my card and processed the next day. It had...

been a week without any contact, so I emailed them to get an update. They got back to me a few days later saying my order went to shipping. Another week goes by, so I emailed again to find out where it was. They said it was at shipping but it didn't actually SHIP yet. A few more days go by, and still nothing. So I emailed and called for three days straight trying to CANCEL and REFUND my order without a receiving any response before finally bringing in the Revdex.com. And what do you know, two days later I had an email from C3T saying my cancellation has been processed. It took C3T three weeks to get nowhere on my order. Thank you Revdex.com for getting my money back!

I echo the delivery issues and the back order wait times. C3 did however credit my account while I am waiting. I made contact with Remington and the ammunition I had ordered was out of production this year up until May 2016. But, C3 has not updated the delivery status of my order.

Every email we received from [redacted] has been returned, however it appears [redacted] attempted to contact us through [redacted] several times rather than the contact us information listed on our website.  As a result, his message was not immediately discovered on [redacted].  When it was, he was directed to our main email and website where has provided a confirmation of his refund.
We advised him to check his bank account where he can confirm for himself he was refunded in full on 1/19.  We have checked, double checked and even triple checked and he was already refunded.
