They do not send your product you order and then, they do not credit your card back.

Review: In May I purchased a product from this company's website. They told me it would be shipping mid-September. Mid-September I contacted them and asked when the product would ship. I was told it would ship in 30 days. Mid-October I still had not received the product, so I asked for a refund. I was told it would not be a problem. I have not yet received my refund. I have contacted them 12 times in the last 3 weeks via email and all I get is an auto response and no one answers the phone.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my money refunded. The total was $147.33.

Response:

Customer ordered a special order item on our website that showed it was out of stock with no ETA available. Customer requested we charge his card at time of order rather than time of shipment. Customer requested cancelation of the order and a refund check was processed. Refund checks are sent direct from our bank in batches and may take up to 10 days to arrive. We confirmed with the bank the check (Confirmation number:[redacted] Check #[redacted]) was sent to the address provided.

Review: I had placed an order on 8-18-13 in the amount of $154.28. The item was backordered but my credit card was charged immediately. when I questioned this, they told me I could cancel at any time and get a full refund. I waited until 2-17-14 to cancel after repeated delays in delivery. I was assured I would receive a refund check.

I did receive a check in the amount of $154.28, but upon depositing the check, my bank informed me that the check bounced due to insufficient funds, and I was charged a $12.00 service fee for this bounced check.Desired Settlement: I wish to receive a cashier's check sent by express, certified mail in the amount to include the original refund of $154.28 plus $12.00 to cover the service fee for the total of $166.28.

Failure to do so immediately will result in filing with the state attorney general for fraud.

Response:

We responded to the customer BEFORE receiving this complaint with the Revdex.com. A check was sent from the wrong account.

Customer was advised to redeposit the check.

A $35 check was sent to compensate for any issues resulting in the issue.

A $30 gift certificate was also provided for our website.

We consider the issue closed.

Review: I placed an order for a holster over a month ago, but the item was never shipped to me. I contacted Code 3 Tactical Supply and was told by Walter that the holster was back ordered. I asked him to go ahead and cancel my order and refund my money, which he emailed back saying that he did. He however never refunded the $45.96 he charged me for the holster.Desired Settlement: Refund the $45.96 I was charged for the holster that was never delivered.

The customer was refunded in full at the time of cancelation. We provided an emailed confirmation as well as the transaction number of the refund which is [redacted]. We also advised the customer that the refund time varies depending on his bank's policies and their relationship with the credit card processor. Everything has been done on our end and now it is a matter of his bank releasing the funds to his account. There is several Google articles that explain the credit card refund process and they can be found below:[redacted]

Without a doubt the worst online business I have evver attempted to buy from. I ordered a pistol hard case and after a few weeks inquired as to where or when to expect the so-called "minor" back order to come in. They responded that within 2-7 business days. I was okay with that response. But after 2 additional weeks I can no longer sit by and think this business is reputable. They must sell alot of things they drop ship rather than carry which is bad business. I need my product in a normal expected time frame. So I would never do business again and want to pass along my experience.

After 2 years of waiting on an ammo order they CANCELED my order on July 2, 2015 with no warning just received an email that it was canceled, they stated that is was in stock and I had to reorder, when I went to reorder it states that it was still on back order. Canceling my order when the item was still on back order is just wrong and bad business.

Review: I ordered four simple items on Feb. 7th under Order Number [redacted], at which time it appeared that all items were in stock. I received a Order Processing email, then nothing. When I contacted them each month, they responded that an item was back ordered. After doing this for four months I came to realize I was never going to see my order. They seem to be hoping I will just forget.Desired Settlement: If they can not fill the order as advertised, then I need to have my money refunded immediately. I have read that there are a great many customers that have also had to complain and contact you. This company should not be allowed to remain in business if they are going to misrepresent their intentions and steal from folks.

Response:

I'm showing this customer's order was canceled and refunded prior to contacting the Revdex.com. If the refund has not posted, please allow 1 - 5 business days for the refund to post to the customer's bank account.I checked on the customer's order and see that the manufacturer is still out of stock. We will pass on the customer's frustration to the manufacturer regarding the long wait.

Review: I ordered some ammo in august of 2013. My debit card was charged on 8/23/2013. I understand the status of my order was 8 weeks out.I called to cancel my order in august of 2014.On the 20th of august I got a notice that my order has been cancelled. Since my cancelation notice Ive got no response from company saying when I am going to get a refund. It has been 3 weeks with no response. Ive called and emailed numerous times with NO response. I want my refund. As with other complaints there is NO acknowledgement of issues.Desired Settlement: I want my refund

Response:

I'm showing my last email to [redacted] advised him a refund check was processed and would arrive any day. Refund checks are processed in batches every few days and sent directly from our bank. If the check has not yet arrived, I would suggest waiting until the end of the week. We will continue to monitor the situation as well. Here is the confirmation information:

Review: Ordered 2 items from them july 4th. Web site said usually in stock and if not in stock they have direct line to mfg. and can get in 7 business days. They responded to my first email and told me 5 to 10 business days on july 9th. I agreed to wait ten days One item from ati is available direct and ati's web site says ships 3 days after they receive payment. Monday the 21sst of july I emailed code 3 asking for them to credit my credit back. I received from them an automated email I couldn't reply to that said product went to shipping. However I haven't received anything or even A tracking number from them other than more automated emails saying they would get back to me usually in less than 2 hours. it is now july 31st.Desired Settlement: I have waited long enough. I want my credit card credited back asap.

Response:

Yes I am willing to wait on them for laser sighter .

I echo the delivery issues and the back order wait times. C3 did however credit my account while I am waiting. I made contact with Remington and the ammunition I had ordered was out of production this year up until May 2016. But, C3 has not updated the delivery status of my order.

Ordered something "in stock" then was told there's a 8 week back order! Horrible

Review: I purchased two buckets of ammo on April 26, 2013 (order #[redacted]). The funds ($152.84) were withdrawn from my account on April 30, 2013. The website stated that the ammo was backordered 0-8 weeks. Over the next several months I was in contact with the company and kept getting mixed messages (national ammo shortage) when the ammo was going to arrive. I have kept a record of all of my e-mails. On April 3, 2014 I e-mailed the company again. Walter responded that if I see the buckets of ammo anywhere else, to go ahead and purchase the ammo. I immediately requested a refund. Every time I contact them now, they will respond with a generic response or a video. I have no idea what that is all about. I've been in contact with Visa and there has not been a refund issued to this day. They took money out of my account without sending me the product, they should refund my money ASAP.Desired Settlement: Refund the money that you took out of my account. (152.84). You did not send me the product, so why did you withdraw the funds?

Business

Response:

The very day Mr. [redacted] requested cancelation of the order a refund check was processed and sent. Checks are sent direct from our bank and delivery times can range from 1 - 14 days. If the check has not arrived already it will within the next few days. To date the manufacturer of this product reports they are still out of stock and normal production levels won't return until late 2014.

Review: I ordered equipment from this company in June 17th. After waiting one month because they stated the equipment was on back order, I cancelled my order on July 17th and requested a full refund to my credit card. A party named Walt confirmed the refund would be processed within 3-5 days. There has been no refund as of today (August 5th) and all email are answered with an auto reply with no follow up.Desired Settlement: Refund the $113.60 they charged my credit card on Jun 17, 2014 for products that were never delivered.

Response:

We issue refunds upon your cancelation/return. Most banks process refunds within 3 - 5 business days however we have heard at times them taking much longer. If the refund has not yet posted, you should see it shortly.

Review: I ordered a Safariland model 6305 tactical holster from this business. I ordered it for a Glock model 23, left handed. Multiple times during the process, I emaled them and ensured they knew the correct model and holster I ordered, since being left handed is not abundantly common in the firearms industry. After waiting days and days for a simple response regarding the status of my order, all I recieved was a generic "we will update your order status within 48 hours of knowing it" email, and nothing else followed. After calling them multiple times during their regular business hours( they do not answer their phone, ever), I sent a final email and finally recieved the notification my order was on "backorder with the manufacturer". When I finally recieved my product, upon inspection the packaging and the holster appeared used, and the holster was not even properly attached/mounted t the system I ordered. On top of that, it was the wrong holster, both in finish and orientation ( I received a right handed holster when I ordered a left handed one. There was also a price tag on the received product for less money than the company had advertised online. After all these issues just to receive a wrong product and poor service, I have been trying to contact this business by phone and email to have an overnight shipping label sent so I can return the wrong product and receive a full refund, because I need the correct product in less than a week and should not have to deal with this. They have not answered any emails I have sent, phone messages or answered their phone yet, and I have been contacting them during their "normal business hours". I just want to send back the incorrectly sent product and get a refund, and they refuse to get back to me on the issue. They also advertise free shipping on orders over $150.00, and with mine being well over that, I did not receive their advertised free shipping, I paid an extra $10.00 to have my late and incorrect product shipped.Desired Settlement: I would like an overnight shipping label sent to me asap through email so I can send them the incorrect product and receive a full refund credited to the credit card I used to pay,so I can take my business elsewhere and recieve the correct product in a timely manner with good customer service.

Response:

Customer was mistakenly sent the wrong item. The customer emailed us several times minutes before closing on Friday. His emails were not returned until after the weekend. A postage paid return label was emailed to him on 7/30. He told us he would return the holster on

that Saturday, however the tracking # shows the holster was not shipped until 8/13 and did not arrive to our store until 8/15. Customer was refunded on 8/15 and advised it would take up to 3 business days for the refund to show up to his bank statement. ([redacted] Tracking #[redacted]) *We were notified about this Revdex.com complaint after we had already emailed the customer a postage paid return label and after we had already advised him a full refund would be provided.

Review: My order for .22 ammunition on 08/21/13 has never been delivered.Desired Settlement: Refund my credit card payment

Business

Response:

[redacted]

I'm not sure why you have contacted the Revdex.com, but I'm showing you emailed us on April 3 at 1:04 PM asking to cancel your order. At 2;45 PM we emailed you back confirming your order has been canceled and your credit card was never charged. It was authorized at the time of purchase however a bank authorization hold generally lasts for 3 - 5 days. Your card was never charged and that particular ammunition still remains on a national backorder.

Again, I'm not sure how to respond or what exactly the compliant is?

Response:

[A default letter is provided here which indicates your acceptance of the business's response. If you wish, you may update it before sending it.]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I would rate this company 0 stars but I wouldn't want anyone to think it was a mistake. Save yourself a huge headache and DO NOT order from this company. I placed an order at the end of January, 13 days later I receive a "MINOR BACKORDER" email. However, "minor" to Code 3 Tactical Supply means a minimum of one month before the piece even gets to their facility, then it still would have to be shipped to me. Im disgusted with the company and will never order from them ever again!
