You claim that the funds were returned, but it has been days and the funds have not shown upWire transfers only take a matter of hours, and ACH transfers take only five daysSpecifically, reverse wires are very fast, same day, often near real timeWhich means that although you claim that the funds have been returned, they clearly have not.
I am requesting documentation or proof that the funds have been issued back to meIf the funds do not arrive back in my account by the end of this week, I will have no other choice but to take the next step of initiating a legal case through the court system.

Following up.By now the funds should be returned to your bank account.We can not "re-start" any past purchasesWe can only start new purchases at the going market rate.I see that you recently made a purchase for ETH. I can reimburse the fees we charged for this transaction after it completes (I can not reimburse on a pending transaction)
