As we stated in support case # ***and in the previous message that she sent funds to another website
Again here is the receipt of those funds being sent, and we can see that this transaction has completed: *** this is the proof the transaction was sent and did completed to where she sent it
Sorry but once the funds have been sent and completed, she would need to reach out to where she sent the funds as it is not longer in our controlI would advise her to provide the transaction ID above as proof that she sent the funds

This matter has not been satisfactorily handled
On Saturday 8th July, I received an email from someone called *** from Coinbase Support who informed me that I would receive my SEPA transfer to my bank account "no later than July 12th"
Well, it's now July 12th and guess what? Still no money in my account
Coinbase has turned what should be a straightforward transaction into a long drawn-out process now approaching its 3rd week
When will Coinbase be honest with it's customers about what is going on?
Clearly something very serious is happening behind the scenes
Unless this matter is dealt with soon, I'll be forced to consider my legal options
Needless to say, after this, I will never use Coinbase again because they are not trusted
