The response from Coinbase is fraud based on following two reasons:
1. Coinbase said that they do not block my fund and I am free to withdraw anytimeHowever, Coinbase base rejected my every request for fund withdraw and they used 'SSN is required' as the reason

In some circumstances we require further information to verify a connected bank accountMr*** was asked to upload a photo ID to confirm his ownership of the provided payment informationThis process, as well as the bank verification process, takes place on the Coinbase website using a secure portal
Mr*** contacted our live support staff to state that he had purchased some bitcoin already and was unable to place further ordersOur support staff reiterated that he would need to upload a photo ID in order to continue creating purchasesOur staff did not use threatening or inappropriate language during these conversations, and it is not possible for them to delete or modify chat log conversations after the fact
Mr***'s claim that he 'has received nothing' in return for money debited from his bank account is incorrectBecause his authorized bitcoin purchases were ordered, properly debited from an account of his choosing, delivered, and withdrawn as he requested, we are unable to offer a refund
