Very professional and helpful

[redacted] of ARS Raleigh came out to service my 2 tier air/heating units and to complete a few small repairs or tasks. He was very courteous and did a superb job. I would recommend his service anytime.

An absolutely fantastic experience with [redacted] The appointment needed to be pushed back so I could pick up my kids from school (my fault, I didn't schedule enough time to allow me to pick them up), and the team rescheduled me no problem for 7pm on 1/6/16. [redacted] was courteous, kind, and above all, a pleasure to work with. My 4 year old daughter was QUITE chatty with him, and he responded and even shared fun stories with her. He was professional, on time, and finished with the work within the hour- which I appreciated as I needed to get 2 children down for bed. The work performed was quick, clean, and exception- he even recommended a few items (not just for the sake of recommending, but actually took time to draw me diagrams of what these recommendations could do for us).

Very timely service from [redacted] who was clear in answering my questions, explaining what he could do with corroded old faucets, did a fast but careful, quality repair, and cleaned up the site. I'd use his service any time.

Mr. [redacted] arrived on time to conduct an annual review of the air conditioning system that had been installed several months ago:
- He was friendly and approachable during the entire review.
- He thoroughly explained the various components of the review and what he had found.
- He carefully and fully answered any questions we had.
- He carefully cleaned up after himself and left no clutter or dirt for us to clean up.
- We were very pleased with the entire process - - and again,his friendliness and openness contributed greatly to the experience.

My tech [redacted] was SUPER helpful with our service call.
He uses humor to make the face to face customer experience more pleasant and seemed to take his time to make sure our system was running properly even though the weather was quite unpleasant outside. I'm sure all his customers will feel the same way I do in saying that he is an asset to the ARS company and their customers!

[redacted] came out to do our annual HVAC check. He was on time, courteous, and helpful. He took his time to explain each thing he was going to do on the units. He was thorough. Afterward he gave us his recommendations without any pressure to purchase. Great experience working with him and look forward to him checking our systems in the Spring.

ARS Rescue Rooter of Raleigh had a service technician by the name of [redacted]. come and service my heating unit for the winter. The technician made positive recommendations which I followed.

We''ve had excellent service from ARS with regard to our HVAC. Excellent service began with the install of our new unit in May of 2016. In November had a fall heat check up of unit. Technician [redacted] was on time, very courteous and professional appearance. He explained the process he would go through to check unit operations and upon completion came inside to check filters and temperature for thermostat accuracy. He reviewed everything with me and checked to see if I had any questions or concerns. Great service!

Every time I work with this company it is a pleasure. They are spot on from scheduling my maintenance (they call me cause I forget), to calling me when they are coming to always being polite. I have three AC systems and the service contract is reasonable for all three. They changed out what they thought was a defective thermostat earlier this year and it turns out it was not so they immediately refunded me and also comped me for one of the filters they install...a $75 value!

I called ARS/Rescue Rooter on a late, hot, Saturday afternoon because my a/c wasn't working. They sent [redacted] A/C Technician.

I was extremely satisfied with the timeliness, price, and service. Mr. [redacted] showed up within the 3 hour time frame they told me, was very professional, and went above and beyond. Considering it was a Saturday, I expected a huge overtime bill, etc. I was SO pleased when I wasn't given a huge bill. NO Overtime charge? Wonderful

I would recommend this Company and this Technician to anyone.

ARS has good people working for them. Our HVAC [redacted] R provided excellent service and explained each step of the process. He was friendly and very polite. Keep up the good work.

Professional, prompt service. Explained what he was doing in
a manner I could understand. Positive experience.

Our thermostat all of a sudden completely went dead. Called ARS and [redacted] came over and within ten minutes he figured out the problem and had it working normally again. He is an excellent technician!
