I did receive a message from the business that basically said I didn't understand their billing process and they bill for work already performed.That is not true, I was charged the day I signed up and every month afterNot sure how they are billing for work already performed. I want a credit for the last amount billedAfter they charged me, I still never heard from them until I filed a complaintI guess they thought I would just go away.

Our customer service manager reached out to the client to resolve the issue but never heard back from herThe client requested to cancel service on 1/18/The billing for all of our clients is done in arrears and the client had a final payment due on 2/6/for the month of work we completed
prior to her cancelingThe client's file is closed as she requested and we will not attempt to process any further paymentsThe client was sent an invoice for her final payment which will leave her account in good standingWe would love the opportunity to speak with the client to discuss any of her concerns

The client did speak with an Relationship Manager and had her account closed out on 4-Customer Service Manager reached out via phone after this event and was not able to reach the client but left messagesAt Continental Credit we hope that everything that the client had needed was taken care of
by the Relationship Manager they spoke with

Continental Credit Manager reached out to the client to discuss file and any questions regarding billingWe discussed the credit file and came to an resolution that was appropriate for both parties

Continental Credit reached out to the client regarding the concerns listedClients file has been closed out with no future billing

Customer service manager reached out multiple times to the client to discuss the rebuttal but we could not get in contact with her

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: we constantly play phone tagThis manager is well aware of my email address and was told this is the better way to contact me because of my work scheduleShe still has never offered to give me any kind of refund for work that wasn't done to my credit that I paid for and had to hire another company to do what I paid continental to do and they did not.

We checked into the refund that we had sent via mail to the client and we have confirmation from the *** that via Priority mail the individual will receive the check no later than 10-13-and we will be sending the confirmation number that we have from the *** via email to the individual as well to ensure satisfaction with our conversation

The day afted the complaint was made, I was contacted by Leon from continental credit and he told me he did not know why no one contacted me from his officeHe offered his apologies for his staff and did clarify everything plus he did cancel my husbands account

Our Service Manager reached out to the client and resolved the issue on 12/11/We responded to the Revdex.com and the complaint reappeared in JanuaryOn 1/4/18, we reached out to confirm that the issues were resolved and the client is still satisfied

Continental Credit reached out to the client via preferred method of contact, per last responseThe client and Continental Credit have come to a resolution and both parties are satisfied

Customer Service Manager reached out to the individual*** seems to have inherited the email address that we have on file for a current client with the same first initial and last name which is where the confusion came inWe have spoken with *** and he understands that we were only trying to
communicate with a current client of ours and meant no confusion to him personally The email has been removed from our current clients file so that there will not be an issue in the futureBoth parties are satisfied

Continental Credit’s manager reached out to client regarding their credit file The customer requested that he be contacted via email After hearing of the issues regarding payment on the account Continental Credit closed out the account and waived final billing per the
clients request A confirmation email has been sent an email verification that the account has been properly closed has been provided

A resolution has been reached between the client and the company and will be carried out right away

On 9-21-15, the date in which the concern was expressed, a Manager from Continental Credit reached out to the client regarding any questions or concernsWe did get a hold of Mr*** and discussed the entire file and billing in arrears and
closed the file per their request with no final paymentAccording to federal law, Continental Credit must bill for its services after the services have been rendered, which is why there was a final payment dueHowever, in an effort to provide the utmost in service, we waived the final payment that was due and closed the file

Because Continental Credit vowed not to charge me for services that they DID NOT render I will accept this resolutionHowever, I paid in advance for their services and cancelled within the same billing month that I had already paid forSo fees that were assessed should not have been WAIVED, but rather should have never been assessed to begin with

Customer service manager reached out to the client to resolve questions and concerns. A full update on the status of the file was reviewed and both parties came to a resolution regarding the account.
