I am rejecting this response because: I can only accept when I have received the reimbursement check for all funds that were previously debited from my account by Continental Credit. [redacted],  Continental Credit Customer Service Manager, has promised to send me a check in the amount of $503.00 to the address Inhave listed fornher to send it to. After the check clear with my bank then I will be able to accept.

I am rejecting this response because:The agency initiated an email to the broker and had a follow up conversation about me. The broker who left the message for me didn't even remember who I was or where we had met.  I reject their explanation as they are covering up unethical behavior but I have a recorded message from the broker stating that Continental Creidt emailed them and called them about me. I do not expect anything further from Revdex.com and am handling this locally with my attorney.  Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:I returned the call TWICE and sat in queue for several minutes and no agent picked up the call. I know that I will not be billed further, because I have taken steps with my bank to ensure that they cannot access any more of my money. I have not received a refund for any of the charges that were billed AFTER my repeated requests to cancel. The company very clearly received my requests and chose to ignore them, as I requested this cancellation in direct correspondence with more than one Continental employee.  This is $210 worth of services that they were NOT authorized to bill, not to mention the hassle of going to the bank to stop the charges. The successful resolution of this complaint includes a FULL refund for the services they billed after my request to cancel. If they would like to speak with me please have them provide me with a DIRECT LINE, as I work and am not always able to answer my phone when it rings, or stay on hold listening to automated messages.

I am rejecting this response because: The company was told not to use my card on file without my consent and because they did I had to get my bank to put a stop payment on the transaction to which the above named company changed numbers on the account and the company name to recoup the payment which caused me distress and disrupted my my ability to pay my bills because my bank had to cancel out my debit card on Friday the 17 and I had to have it cancelled again today to deny that company from trying to process another payment in the future

Manager reached out to the client multiple times without success to speak to her.  Account has been closed out with no further billing.

Customer Service Manager tried reaching out to the client several times via phone but the phone was not accepting calls. An email was drafted and sent to the client to explain the enrollment of the client into our services and to explain that the account has been closed per their request. The per...

We would love to speak with the client and have a conversation with them regarding the services that we have provided for them if the client can reach out or provide a different contact phone number so that we may speak with them.

Continental Credit reached out to the client regarding the questions and concerns expressed. A swift resolution was found and both parties are satisfied with the resolution.

Continental Credit reached out to the client wanting to address and resolve any and all issues. As the client requested the account was closed and confirmation code was given. Both parties came to a resolution that satisfied all.

Our Customer Service Manager has reached out to resolve the issue. We are currently communicating via email to find a resolution.

[redacted] A check was promised overnight yesterday. NO CHECK as of this date Friday 07/21/17. I feel this is still just a run around on their part. I have contacted the Federal agency. They are looking into this,stating it is fraud and against the law.

The management and maintenance is horrible at the apt complex. It's like living in the complete ghetto. The management is rude, unsympathetic, hateful. They don't care about people at all. They take forever if at all to fix anything. This place is a complete dump.

I got the company to cancel my accounts and agree to no further billing. I do accept the resolution. I do hope they learn from this as I noticed other Revdex.com complaints prior to mine as basically the same problem. The company refused to cancel when requested.

Client has been contacted by a Relationship Manager at Continental Credit and the accounts at hand have been discussed and the client is continuing in the credit restoration program.

I am rejecting this response because:the credit the credit card company credited me was taken back when continental credit sent a response that I owed them. That simple initial reason for this complaint. When I talked to continental credit, they told me they charge in arrears but that isn't true as I was charged the day I agreed to use them.  They are liars and need to credit me the $120.

agreed on 6-27-16 to stay with the program and had spoken with a customer service representative on 7-29-16 for an update on the credit file so we were not aware that the client had indeed decided to close the account after the 7-29 conversation. Account is in a complete standing and we would still love to address any additional questions and concerns with the client going forward.
