They agreed to pay the $118 dollars I was shorted. They also agreed to get the employee who harassed me some re-training on how to handle calls/ customers properly, so that this doesn't happen to someone in the future. The gentleman who called and spoke with me was very apologetic and easy to deal with. I am thinking they might just have one bad seed! I am happy with the outcome and would consider doing business with them again after this resolution.

Customer Service Manager reached out to the client to discuss the concerns and questions regarding the credit file. The account was confirmed closed and a resolution that was agreeable by both parties was met.

We have attempted 4 separate times to reach the client to discuss her concerns and have not heard back from her. We closed the file as the client requested and she will see no further billing from our company. We would love the opportunity to speak with her to make sure everything is resolved.

Client was contacted by Customer Service Manager. After discussing questions and concerns the client was sent an email outlining the success on the clients credit file and the email also answered questions and concerns about scores. This email was sent on Friday 10-21-16 and we did not hear back...

On Tuesday 10-25-16 the Customer Service Manager then reached out again via phone to try to discuss the account but we have not heard a response from the client. We hope that the email that was provided gave great detail to deletions and that it answered any and all concerns. We are more than happy to speak with the client regarding any other questions as well.

Our customer service manager reached out to the client and resolved the issue.
