I stated on my initial complain that the account was closed back in November 2015 via phone. However, and most recently I've received a billing statement from your company stating that my account still open. I need to know if a written letter is neeed for Verve to FINALLY and PERMANENTLY close my acoount.

I still would like to know how my original balance was doubled when the account was closed. Thats like me selling a product then turning around and doubling the original amount. This is first class fraud.

All statements have 2 pages, regardless of whether they are mailed or viewed online.  the first shows all account activity for that billing cycle and the payment remittance slip.  The back of the first page reflects required disclosures regarding calculation of interest, as well as, billing disputes.  And the second page will include any account activity that could not fit on the first page, as well as, any account messages or "important News".  in this section is where your Annual Fee message appeared.  Therefore, our response to this matter remains unchanged as your account was handled in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of your account.  Please contact Customer Service at [redacted] if you would like further information regarding your Terms & Conditions.

While the business documents are correct this does not address my original complaint.  As I stated I spoke with two representatives who both assured me the $125.00 was accessed after the first year, therefore what your representatives are saying and what your documents are saying are two different things.  THAT WAS MY COMPLAINT!!!!   And since that is the basis of my request and problem with your company I still request my original request and would like my 125.00 refunded or my credit line increased for that amount.  I am keeping the card active.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. **The amount in question was taken from my checking account on June 12th while funds were not made available to me over 10 days later, resulting in missing out on a car rental I had reserved.  Upon calling Customer Service I was told that any payments made from a checking account will take 8 days.  If my funds were immediately taken and posted why then wasn't MY money available to me.  This matter is very disturbing to me and I wish for a proper response.

repeatedly checked with the USPS Authorities and no " Surge " Credit Card/Master Card was ever sent/delivered to my address. Furthermore, I have 38 years of Law Enforcement as Chief of Police of the Community and this Continental Finance Corporation has numerous Complaints lodged by other Consumers against it for Consumer Misinformation, bordering Consumer Fraud, and they are looked at by both State and Federal Agencies for such actions as alleged by Consumers.

[redacted]I accept the resolution from the business in question. I was able to print it off from your site.  I see the letter is dated January 5, 2016 and was mentioned in a previous email it was sent to me. Today is January 20th and I still haven't received it via mail. That's the interesting thing about this because, that's the kind of service I continued to receive after I honored part of the agreement. I truly believe if I didn't utilize the Revdex.com tool, I wouldn't have this type of response from them.  I asked to speak with management multiple times before it went this far. No one gave me the answer I needed, only saying this is all I can do "call back in 72 hours".Thanks for you assistance!

Ms. [redacted],Our records indicate that this matter was corrected when the Accounting Department posted the misapplied payment to your account and backdated the payment to the original receipt date to correct any Late Fee and Interest Charges.  It was furthter found that your account was provided...
