I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

[redacted] Revdex.com:What a fraud. I paid with my [redacted] account that you charged directly on Christmas Dec. 25th. I called right after the holidays because you had billed the credit card for the amount. I called my credit card company to dispute this as well. I bidded on 28 slot machines. All the other bids were no more then $5.00EA. THE 498.00 SHOULD HAVE BEEN $4.98. I called the auctioneer and was told I would receive a refund. I never did. You know the it was an honest mistake for a non working item I might add.I don't know what paperwork or why you'd even have me in collections seeing you billed the credit card? You are lairs and frauds and that is why I do not do business for your broke pallet freight garbage that belongs in a landfill.I will be setting my paperwork into the Revdex.com as well. You can clearly see the 28 items and the overbid on the one. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Review: I ordered the "Pedal a watt" system from [redacted] @ Convergence Technologies in 12/2012. At that time he ensured me that I would be happy with the product and claimed to have a full refund or replacement policy for his products. The website also confirms this data. I recieved the products a week or so later as planned and began to assemble everything for use. At that time it became obvious that the wires that are to connect to the battery were not labeled as the world standard of black and red, but rather blue and grey. I tried to contact the company for clarification without any success. I made a decision as to what wire shuold be positive and ground and chose the wrong ones. By chosing the wrong wires, I fried the system and therefore rendered it useless.

I contacted [redacted] @ Convergence Technologies and he indicated that if I send him the equipment back he will repair it (not replace) and send it back. I sent the equipment back to him in February or March of 2013 and have still not recieved the return equipment. I contacted [redacted] multiple times to check on the status and after a few months he became unresponsive. I then tried to use the website support and they were willing to help initially, until they spoke with [redacted] I suspect, as within a few weeks they became unresponsive as well. This is an $866.19 purchase that I have no products to show for it. I have all the email corerspondance of this transaction to show evidence of the lack of customer support or upholding the stated warranty terms they advertise.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded for the total order amount as well as the additional $80.00 it cost me to send the unit back for repair. I am not open to a replacement unit after seeing the lack of customer support.
