I registered for a race taking place in Pittsburgh, pa on 8-19-2017 on 11-16-16. On 3-4-17 I tried to sign into my race account to view info and make some changes etc. (add a racer and her family to my team). The site I had to use to register claimed I wasn't registered for any races. I emailed bubblerun customer service as this is the only way to contact them. They stated they changed "processors" so registrations were in the process of being switched. I emailed again on 3-6/ 3-8 and 3-10 asking all four times (first time included) for someone to call me and confirm my registrations and assist me with making changes or adding racers etc. the only "help" I got was them telling me to send them the additional racers info after they registered and they would put her on my team, but they still won't even confirm my registration! I asked for a full refund as they will not even confirm my registration. They stopped responding. I emailed again on 5-14-17 and still have not received any response. At this point I want a refund of my full purchase price. The time I have wasted trying to get someone to contact me is ridiculous. How hard is it to allow someone to view their own race information? Oh, and they are still "in the process of changing processors." With the amount they charged for the registrations to "be processed " should have allowed customers to actually view their info.

I called Ryan and spoke with her minutes after her response through here. She claimed that they "archive all correspondence and they have no communication from me prior to June 15th 2017." I advised her I would forward all email correspondence that I had with the company. I forwarded them all the same day. I told her what was stated in them and she didn't understand what the issue was since I received responses. I again explained I did receive emails but none addressed my questions and all requests to be called were ignored. And that after I requested a refund, since no one would call me and confirm, I received no responses at all. She stated she is looking into it. I have since received two separate emails on two separate days confirming my registration for the event. As I stated in my original complaint (which apparently was not even read) it is too late for that. I have asked for that information several times over the last three months and no one would provide it!

It appears that there was a misunderstanding in the communication with this participant. They were responded to by customer service with each email sent and were provided the proper information. Unfortunately, we are a no refunds event and our within our policies and guidelines.

I registered myself and a friend to run the Minneapolis Bubble Run. 2.5 weeks before the race, the company changed the date. My friend and I are not able to run on the rescheduled date, so I asked for a refund immediately after being informed about the date change. The company has refused to issue a refund, stating the date change was out of their control. After one response to my email inquiry, they have completely stopped responding. Several other race participants have received refunds via Cool Events, LLC or through a Revdex.com complaint. I am simply requesting my money back.

I have emailed cool events about a refund 3+ times and they have not sent me a response and or my refund with no reply!!

Cool Events LLC rescheduled the Minneapolis, Minnesota Bubble Run from June 11 to a new date in July. I have registered three participants in this race and we are unable to attend the new date. There are many many people signed up for this race and it is a lot of money to spend for a race we cannot attend. I would like the full amount paid ($89.16) refunded to my *** account. Thank you.

Registered for 2 people on March 22nd for the BubbleRun in Minneapolis, MN on June 11, 2017. Received an email in May stating they were changing their date because of too many that registered. Found out they never had a permit secured for that date. So, they falsely advertised the date, took my money, then refuse to give it back because of their "no refund" policy? After many emails, they said they would refund my card on June 1st, and to give it 7-10 days. I have waited patiently for 10 days and still no refund to my card. I want my money back!! After looking at the complaints on Revdex.com, I realize this is a much bigger problem than just me and has been going on for quite a while. Time for the *** to get involved?

How can I be assured they will follow through? Appears they have made promises for refunds to many and don't follow through. Enough of this nonsense! Should I be filing a complaint with the MN ***? I have a form downloaded and ready to go but I will wait the day out to see if I can get a date my refund will actually happen. "Soon" isn't an acceptable response.

I purchased 2 tickets to a run that was supposed to be on June 11 in *** MN. This company changed the date of the run to July 30 because they failed to pull the proper permits and account for the amount of people they sold tickets to. They are currently refusing to refund the monies even thought this was a planning issue that is not beyond their control.

I registered myself and my family (4 in total with accessories for $240) for the Blacklight Wars race in ***, to be held on June 10th. I found out on June 6th that the event was cancelled after I tried to find out more information about packet pick up. I, and many other participants, never received notification that this event was cancelled and merged with an event to be held in ***, on June 24th. I contacted the company on June 6th via email and telephone to receive a refund as we are not able to attend the June 24th event and have no interest in any other event hosted by this company. Telephone customer service was unable to issue a refund. Multiple emails were received on June 7th that stated that Cool Events LLC reserves the right to change location and not offer refunds.

Based upon other Revdex.com reviews, this company is notorious for performing bait and switch schemes. They cancel an event at the last moment, do not notify participants, and then refuse to refund money so that they pocket pure profit. This is despicable and the company needs to be held accountable.

Cool Events LLC advertised the Bubble Run would take place on June 11th. On May 24th they changed the date to July 30th of this year. When I informed them I could not attend, I've emailed them 3 times now. They only give a canned reply stating that I can transfer it to someone else, which I'm unable to do and I'm unable to make the new date. According to news reports the City of Blaine said that the paperwork to hold the event was not even filed in time to have it on June 11th. Cool events is basically saying there is no recourse for people who are unable to make the new date and that we are just out of the money we paid.

On 2/25/17 I registered myself and my kids for the Bubble Run in Minneapolis that was to take place 6/11/17. On 5/24/17 I received an email from them indicating that they needed to change the date to 7/30/17. No explanation or option for a refund. I emailed the company (they do not except phone calls) that the new date does not work for us and I would like a full refund. I received an email back on 5/26/17 stating that I could transfer my registration to someone else or sign up for a future race. They moved this date and it does not work for me. Had they had that date listed as the date of the run originally I never would have signed up for it. They should issue a full refund under the circumstances. I emailed them again on 5/26/17 indicating that the only acceptable solution is a full refund. I did not hear back from them at all so I emailed again on 6/3/17 and again no response. It is extremely poor business to change a date like this and not offer a full refund. I will never do business with this company again.

I signed up for this Bubble Run put on by Cool Events and paid to have my ticket and shirt/packet mailed to me. I received an email this week with instructions on picking up our shirts the day before the event. I've tried to contact the company to get a refund on my shipping cost and to confirm they are not shipping the shirts. I have 4 people on my team who all paid for the shipping and have not received any shirts or anything via mail. The company is non-responsive and there is no phone number listed on their site, only an email address.

If you ordered any additional merchandise, or want to check out all the awesome swag we have, head to our merchandise area on Race Day! If you do not see it on your doorstep by the Friday before your event with us, plan to join us race morning at the black registration tents to resolve the shipping matter. You will not incur the race day packet pick up fee and we thank you in advance for your patience.

I signed up my family (5 people)for an event that the company was putting on June 11th 2017. They sent an email saying that they are moving the date because so many people were signing up. It also looks like they never pulled a permit, so the city would not let them do the event on June 11th 2017. The company then moved the date to July 30th 2017. I cannot make the new date, and I want a full refund.

What date can I expect to see the refund?

The above named company is hosting running events across the country. The events for which I registered was first cancelled, while new entries (with profits) were allowed to be submitted, and has now been moved to a later date. A date which many entrants can not attend, causing them to lose the entry fee. I have contacted the company and they stated that a refund could not be given, but my entrance fee could be transferred to another event. This company is no longer trustworthy, so I will not risk losing my money again. The actions of this company are unethical and unprofessional.

I and a friend registered in early January to attend the Minnesota bubble run. At that time, the run was advertised to happen on June 11, which was why we chose this 5K run. Now, in late May, the run date has been changed to July 30, a date that no longer works with my schedule. I contacted the Bubble Run to request a refund, and they responded by saying there are no refunds, but I could find someone else to take my registration or get a credit toward a future (currently unscheduled) run in Minnesota. Both these options are ridiculous, as they put all the responsibility on me, the customer, when the responsibility should be on the company, as they are the ones not offering the product they advertised and sold.

Bubble Run advertised the date to be June 11th for the Minneapolis Run. It now stated July 30th. The website states no refunds. They did not change the date or cancel due to weather. Refund policy states to check calendar before signing up for there are not any refunds, yet they change the date without cause because of a mistake on their part. Their races are sold out for the time. I was fee 6/11 and bought only 1 ticket. Now 7/30 am not free and have my 3 children. It is sold out so cannot even buy another ticket if I wanted to. This company was lazy and did not follow-up on permits as they were told to, and therefor had to change the date. This was not because of mother nature or a disaster. Solely their mistake. I tried to contact them via facebook and they deleted my comment.
The company has also changed their reasoning behind the change. First stated earlier that they were changing the date to allow for my runners. Then they blame it on the city.
I bought in total 2 tickets, one for me, one for a friend. total $40

The Minneapolis bubble run was re-scheduled, I will be out of the state at that time, and could not get a refund. This is not good business practice as you don't cancel something with little reason and not issue refunds for those that can no longer make the event as a viable option.

The bubble run was supposed to take place in Minneapolis, MN on June 11th and I was notified May 24th that the date has been changed to July 30th. Because of the change in date I can no longer attend and the company will not issue a refund. The date was changed because they refused to contact the City of Blaine about the venue they wished to use for the event until it was too late and forced the date change.

Cool Events, LLC created an event called the Bubble Run in Minneapolis, MN scheduled for June 11, 2017. Over 10,000 people apparently signed up, and paid. The company just advised everyone via a *** event page that they are changing the date of the run to July 30, 2017, due to so many people signing up. They advised that refunds are not available. This is unacceptable. Obviously a ploy to make money, there probably isn't even a run at all. How do I receive a refund from them? I beleive they processed their money through
