It also does not explain why my card continued to be charged after the expiration date AND four attempts to cancel.?

was very helpful, considerate, and understanding.  After speaking with me and reviewing the notes in her system, she was able to solve my issues immediately for myself and my husband.  I did receive the refunds and was credited for the promotion that ran back in March.  Laura was a wonderful customer service representative.

I left [redacted] a voicemail today following up as promised, letting her know I received confirmation from Finance yesterday afternoon that the remainder of her refunds (2 x $49.95=$89.90) has been processed and she will see that on her credit card in three to five business days.I am also sending [redacted] a care package as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience. explain, she placed this exact complaint on the Revdex.com a month ago and we left her a voicemail on 2/**, sent her an email on 2/[redacted] then she called our Corporate Affairs group on 3/* and had a long conversation with our Corporate Affairs agent Erica who explained how the program works for nursing mothers, refunded the $69.80, gave her 60 days of time credit on her membership free of charge and set the account to cancel at the end of that time (5/*) so the member will not be charged any further unless she decides to continue and lets us know.Sincerely,Nikki C.Corporate AffairsWeight Watchers International, Inc.
