 I have submitted a copy of the bank transaction record to "[redacted]" AS REQUESTED EVEN THOUGH THEY ALREADY HAVE ABSOLUTE PROOF OF MY PAYMENT via the membership number (a subscription plan keeps my credit card number, payment history, etc.). When I spoke with Flo earlier this morning, PRIOR TO THIS POSTING, she was RUDE and let me know if I didn't "comply with their request" my money would not be refunded. I have asked for an acknowledgement of receipt of my transaction record and to let me know the refund has been processed. Instead I see this note posted with the Revdex.com and no acknowledgement of receipt of proof (that they already possess in the first place).Until I receive a refund, I consider this unresolved.  Thank you. Kimberly P[redacted]

PayPal has provided a refund for the charges but not sure if Weight Watchers will charge again. My username for Weight Watchers is [redacted] and they said they couldn't find my account. My membership ID was [redacted] Now they tell me to call ###-###-#### for assistance. I just want this online account closed and not charged and ensure I don't get recharged after PayPal advises them of the refund.

I spoke with [redacted] yesterday and apologized for the delay. I explained I found out the Finance department was out of the office a couple of days last week due to 18 inches of snow and they got behind. At my request they pulled [redacted]'s information to process it right away (yesterday 2/**). [redacted] understands that once Weight Watchers processes the refund, it is up to her credit card company as to when they will post it to her account. With most companies this is done within 3 to 5 business days.A care package has been mailed to [redacted] (to be received in the next 10 days or so) and as I told her on the phone, I have added another 30 days of time credit onto her membership. I offered the member three months on us for an Online membership but she declined at this time. Revdex.com:I reviewed my credit account today.  WW FINALLY submitted the correct number of credit refunds as of July **, 2016.  All I wanted was to be credited for the total amount that I was charged on an extra account that they set me up with. It's sad that it took 2+ weeks for the company to finally do the right thing and that I needed to get the Revdex.com, Consumer Affairs, contact WW President and my team leader to get involved for this to be made right.  I will accept all the credits and move on from there.  Thank you to the Revdex.com for all your help.  I truly appreciate it.

We received the member's request. The Weight Watchers website has three programs available and a description and usage of each program. We apologize if the member did not review the options selected for their personal need. We'll be more than happy to send the member four-meeting room vouchers. If the member prefers to cancel the account, we'll issue a full refund for the Online program.  As I've told the previous numerous people from customer service... I did not get a pack at the location. If anyone who is willing to review the recorded phone conversations and PDF files of the text conversations with representatives that will show this maybe someone will understand or care to fix the problem. I don't know how many more times I have to repeat this before someone understands it. I went to the location. I did not get a pack.
