I called the member and first of all apologized for the rudeness and incorrect information from the representative he spoke with. I asked for and he provided the phone number he called from and the day and approximate time so we can have that call pulled to handle that situation internally.I...

explained we are more than happy to give him some free time, however, because of the way the system is set up, we need him to sign up first, paying the initial fee and then we can credit that fee back and add some time credit, essentially giving him two months free. He agreed to this but cannot do the sign up today so will contact me in Corporate Affairs when he is ready.We had a difficult time getting the sign up link to show up properly for him so when he is ready to sign up if it is still doing that, I offered to sign him up from here and he is ok with that.I will be waiting for him to call when he is ready to sign up.
