First of all, they say that the program site changed Dec. *, but in fact that was the second time it changed in less than a month. So they lied. Secondly, the site still does not work and it's impossible to use. After taking all the time it requires to fill in the days "points" it wipes everything out, or it doubles the points all of a sudden, and it wipes out yesterdays points, but not the day before that points.It's random and it's very frustrating for someone who has paid to use their site. They have over 35,000 people who have written in complaining and they are not doing anything about it. They will not give a date to anyone that is the date for it to be fixed. All they ever do is say they are sorry and they are working on it. Really, this is a travesty for their clients. They should not take money for this site until it works. That's what I want - they need to step up and do more than say they are sorry - they need to refund thousands of people their money.

Based on Terms and Conditions, Weight Watchers does not prorate refunds. The new charge of $49.00 was due to our 15 day pre-billing...

My mother is no longer interested in Weight Watchers because of the extremely poor way she saw them run their business. Weight Watchers did not care until we fled a complaint with the Revdex.com, I showed my mother all the correspondences and she cannot believe how insincere they appear. It is so sad to see my mother of 86 years so dejected with any business, very sad.

We received the member's response in regards to a "points" reward system. Weight Watchers International does not offer this program. However, the member is located in a locally owned (franchise) area where apparently a program was setup. The member's magazine subscription has been cancelled and due to a "rewards" program, no compensation is being offered by Weight Watchers International. I received a message on my home phone that Flo called. She said to call her back at ###-###-####. When I did so the telephone system "requested them not to connect" because my call was from an outside area. STOP PLAYING GAMES WITH ME. I want a credit of $28.95 because you cancelled my membership without my consent BEFORE the 90 days of my membership. The bottom line is that not only did I not receive the 1 free month from your "friends and family special offer" but I didn't even get the full 90 days from my $1**.95 payment. I received the $44.95 credit back but that is a separate issue. You used my credit card without my authorization. That is now resolved. I am currently disputing $28.95 with my credit card company. I urge you to end this dispute once and for all with a $28.95 credit.
