We have processed a full refund back to the members card of purchase and are currently working to get pick up on a day that works best with their schedule.

After speaking with Mr [redacted], here is further information regarding the complaint/concern:
1. Generic Lipitor, Atorvastatin, is available from multiple manufacturers. W1040 St Charles provided pricing on Greenstone which is not a preferred generic and cost $20+ more. Each warehouse orders their own inventory, so each warehouse can carry different manufacturers.
2. As previously stated our Costco CMPP (member prescription program) is available to Costco members when a medication is not covered by their insurance and during the period of your deductible or gap in coverage. We'll address this with the 2 pharmacies and also re-educate others going forward. During the deductible period and/or donut-hole time-frame, we would not bill the primary insurance and only submit to CMPP.
3. Each warehouse runs on their own server and has the ability to communicate to the our central server, which means each warehouse you fill a prescription at would most likely need to be updated. Our online pharmacy services is for our online Pharmacy only, not each warehouse. Also, pricing for medications filled at Costco Online Pharmacy is available online (see link below), but prices are subject to change based upon the specific warehouses inventory.

We have issued a credit to the member's card.

Citi-CRT team has been contacted, which assists Costco with escalated issues.  Citi has confirmed that credit cards were mailed to both [redacted] and [redacted], though were returned "Invalid Address".  In order for the credit cards to be re-issued, [redacted] or [redacted] will need to contact...

Citi, as they will not re-issue credit cards until address is updated and confirmed with the member.
A voice message was left for [redacted] at the phone number listed ([redacted]) updating him of the above information from Citi.  Citi contact number was also given to member to contact Citi (855-378-6467) as once address is corrected, member may request for "Expedited" cards to be delivered in 2 days.   An Email was sent to [redacted]'s email address provided:[redacted]@hotmail.com.
I have not heard back from member at this time.

First of all read the attached travel document and tell me where is "Roberts H[redacted]" written?  I want an answer to this particular question from your top management. Please escalate to your management.
If it is not written as Aloha VIP is only a middle-man/a subcontractor then that needs to be clarified for us beforehand.
This is bad service error and I think you guys have been doing this way for a while.  This needs to be corrected by compensating for who suffered horribly.
You correct and reimburse to the traveler who suffered this long domino effect.  Half of the plan and activities were canceled due to this particular service.  Who is going to be responsible for that?
During the conversation I was offered a very small amount of gift card which I declined.    I would like to hear what their other compensations would be but not the same or similar what was already talked about.

ostco's Executive Membership program offers a variety of benefits, including enhanced value or rebates on travel, automobile purchases, and various Costco services like auto- and home-insurance.  Among the many Executive benefits is a 2% reward on qualifying purchases from Costco.  There...

is no guarantee a Costco Executive Member will spend a sufficient amount at Costco to cover the cost of the higher membership, nor does Costco offer to pay the difference if the Costco Member does not spend enough for the 2% reward to exceed the membership cost difference.  Rather, consistent with our membership guarantee, if an Executive Member is dissatisfied with her membership, Costco will, upon the member's request, refund the difference between the Executive Membership and a standard membership, and downgrade the membership to the standard level.

Costco's corporate automotive buying office had a phone conversation with [redacted] on Thursday, 7/28/2016.  We discussed the circumstances and details that lead to this situation. Costco and [redacted] have come to a positive resolution to her recent incident.

We spoke with the member, offered Cash Card, member appreciates the offer. Provided 2nd Yr Warranty Script to member due to Panel policy. Member will return it to the Huntington Beach Costco.

Costco has reached a settlement with the consumer.

Since receiving Mr. [redacted] complaint, Wireless Advocates Customer service has made several attempts to contact the member via phone to receive additional information. On each attempt, they have left a Voicemail for the member. Through investigation, Wireless Advocates located the member's phone,...

the Galaxy S4. The phone was shipped to our Rebate Partner, Stuart Lee Rebates, instead of to the carrier Verizon Wireless.
Wireless Advocates is so far unable to determine how the member would get a shipping label to Stuart Lee (as their address is typically unavailable for kiosks to print shipping labels through their system) , however they will investigate upon discussion with the member. 
They have shipped the member's phone, the S4 back to the member's mailing address on February 8th.
They are awaiting a call back from the member to relay tracking / confirm receipt of phone, and will give him further instructions.  
After the phone is returned to Verizon, they can work with the carrier to see about reversing the fees incurred. 
Wireless Advocates is awaiting a call from the member.

Claim for damages was investigated and the determination was made that the scope of the damages to the vehicle did not match up or come from the Costco car wash.  Therefore, the claim was denied.
