[redacted] was contacted on 7/06 explaining the price on Costco.com was matching a competitors price on-line. The competitor has now gone up and Costco.com is now at $35.99 delivered.

Called and spoke with Mr. [redacted] on the phone (07/21/16), sent him an email providing Costco contact information to call once member receives his Costco Anywhere Visa credit card.  Costco will assist by refunding his online purchases and charging the correct credit card (Costco Anywhere Visa...

Card). This will allow Mr. [redacted] to receive the reward opportunities from Costco and Citi.  Mr. [redacted] was appreciative of Costco assisting with his concerns.

Costco notified Citi to assist with removing the "Interest Fee" of $8.54.  This fee has been removed and will show updated in 48 hours.

Prior to the Revdex.com compliant the member had not reached out to Costco. We have made contact with the member and provided return options and are attempting to resolve the compensation issue as well. The member’s tile was ordered incorrectly.  FloForm offered several different solutions.  At first the member committed to a similar tile but the size was 3x6 instead of the 2x4, Floform ordered that tile, then member cancelled later that night stating that they wanted their original...

choice.  They were upset and stated that this tile is a standard and should be readily available, however this particular tile style does come from Italy and is not locally sourced.  Floform's distributor was able to get their distribution to release the material much sooner than originally quoted.  The member was scheduled for 5/25/16 install after the tile mix up and Floform was able to move them up to 5/13/16.  Assistant buyer of the Countertop category talked to member today.  She will follow up with the member after the 5/13/16 appointment to make sure he's satisfied.

Our investigation reveals that we used a seat cover on the driver's seat during service which is our standard procedure. There was a slight grease mark on the passenger seat. Costco offered to pay $150 to have the car seat detailed. Lakewood [redacted] advised Costco that...

they use Before and After Detailing.  Before and After Detailing uses a steam cleaning system.  Lakewood [redacted] felt confident they could get the interior detailed for $150. As for our employee damaging the seat cushion, we deny causing this damage.

service and have gone above and beyond the warranty guidelines in assisting Ms. [redacted] in resolving the issues with her HP computer.  Ms. [redacted] who is the owner of the computer has been contacted and is set to have a service call to her home (which is outside of warranty guidelines but is being offered as a concession a second time) by a service technician.

Mr. [redacted] is correct, he is getting an error message that he can’t download now due to being out of First Year warranty, however, the same page he referenced does show that he would have had the ability to have made recovery media from his computer when he first set it up. Dell systems also provide reminder pop-ups to make recovery media.  Therefore He would have had ample opportunities to create the media but of his choice did not. Costco nor any other extended warranty provider can control how long Dell maintains a downloadable version of a specific model’s OS on line.

I was able to get the member's credit card number and apply the $165 refund to the account.  I also verified that all fees and interest have been removed.  I spoke with [redacted] and she is satisfied with the resolution.

Costco has called multiple times and left voice messages for the member to call us back. We will continue to contact the member directly to resolve this situation.

We have received the members concerns and will forward this to the Citi escalation team so that they can resolve this matter for our member.
