We took care of the member on our side and she's very pleased.

We apologize for the inconvenience.  We will issue a check from our corporate office for $47.24 to cover the Executive reward that was issued twice, but never received or redeemed by the member.

Costco has researched and confirmed with our supplier that the instructions to attend the attractions for this item were communicated. If our members are dissatisfied with the item Costco.com products can be returned to any of our more than 600 Costco warehouses worldwide.

I am rejecting this response because: thank you for willing to take care of the charge. I called your office and leave a voice message. My original complaint I mean the three fuel I paid by my Costco Cash Card, not paid by my credit card. I don't get any refund so far. Could you refund me by check and mail to my address at: [redacted] [redacted], Pasadena,CA,91101-[redacted]. I always add gas in Costco so I understand the normal MPG range for my car. I70 and I15 shouldn't give that much MPG difference as I add gas on Shell and Chervon as well on the trip. There must be something wrong on the fuel and you should look into that. Anyway thanks for taking care the issue and please send me the refund of these three fuel charge by check. Thank you!

Member's concern is being reviewed by the Executive Offices at Citi and they will contact the member directly to discuss their findings.

Citi executive response team contacted and spoke with  Mr. [redacted].  He confirmed that he originally confused with his AMEX Costco card with a different AMEX card that had a higher limit.  He was additionally concerned with the 3% foreign transaction fee, though in conversation it...

appears that he has other products in his wallet that he will be utilizing when he is traveling (and he indicated he had done this previously).

Ms. [redacted]'s refund. The credit should have been processed back in August, but was missed due to a few internal errors. The remaining balance of $2714.11 has been refunded today.

I am rejecting this response because: I am going to forward these emails to the state Attorney Generals office for proof of these responses.  The  WAC quoted was hard to understand and I want to make sure it is verified to be factual and applicable to tax law.  It may take some time, as I know their work load is heavy, but I think their opinion and research is warranted.  Thank you.

the days, since your secured rental was for 6 days instead of 7.  The price of your rental with Avis was in the amount of $328.71, and the price of your rental with [redacted] is $423.65 , a difference of $94.94.  Also, the refund for the rental for one day equals $46.95.  This total equals $141.89.  I would also like to offer a $50.00 Costco cash card on top of this for the inconvenience that you experienced.

am rejecting this response because:  Costco initially offered a $250 gift card after the project was delayed into the second week (Keith R[redacted]) and Carpets Galore  a $100 gift card (Marilyn R[redacted]) - which I thought was
reasonable until Ms. R[redacted] claimed that I was responsible for the projects delay.  All of this was outlined in my email to Ms R[redacted] on February 22nd.  Additionally I asked Costco for $1512 for per diem for a single week for a
family of four - Costco sent a contract for $1500.  It was 24 days before this contract was mostly finished and my home was reasonably inhabitable.  I made some minor changes to the contract and signed it.  Costco rejected
the contract.  My offer of February 22nd stands.  The contract stipulates my "complete satisfaction" for acceptance - nor has any Costco employee or their representative ask me to sign that acceptance.  They they have my
final offer.  I could be requesting damages to my landscaping, damaged furniture, my ruined garage flooring, and loss of wages but I'm not.  Nobody from Costco or Carpets Galore management ever appeared on this job site or
personally addressed my concerns going back to the end of the first week when this contract was scheduled to have been completed.  
 
Nor would I have EVER agreed to any contractor being paid in full until a contract was finished.  A substantial deposit for materials - yes.  The entire amount upfront - no.  Joe G[redacted] the salesman falsely told me that the 
entire amount would not be billed until the work was done.  That was false.  And that is why I filed a similar dispute with American Express.  I signed this agreement based on years of experience with the Costco brand and
I'm displeased that they now are taking the legal position that they "are not liable for non-performance of their subcontractors" despite Costco being written all over my contract!

I signed a contract with Costco based on product reputation and performance.  Not some sub-contractor who Costco now claims no responsibility for failing to meet the conditions written in their own contract.

Our return policy is satisfaction guarantee.  The member was satisfied for nine years.  The spirit of our return policy is to take back items that our members decide they don't like or fail within a reasonable amount of time.  There is no lifetime return...

policy or guarantee on any item.

There was a misunderstanding with the manager and Ms. [redacted] was able to come in the next day and purchase the Xbox units. The issue has been resolved and her concerns were addressed with my management staff. Ms.[redacted] was satisfied with the resolution.

want to close case before the business is responding and I except the outcome. I am waiting for them to give me a response trow Revdex.com before closing the case. They didn't make any response only the are looking in to it. So I will wait to see there decision.
