We have made several attempts to reach the member unfortunately the member is out of country. Once he responds we will review his claim.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: I accept everything except one thing. In their first response, Costco tried stating they refunded $88.00 from the first year of membership. I disputed that I never received that, and now they are stating they only refunded $33.00. I would like the remaining $55 refunded, per their agreement in their original response to the Revdex.com.
 
I was not satisfied with my Costco experience. The reason I shopped 24 times was to give them the benefit of the doubt, but Costco failed to meet or exceed my expectations. Costco has a lifetime return policy on everything. As such, I would like to return my first year's membership and receive the $55 refund that was promised in the original email Costco sent to the Revdex.com.Sincerely,[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:Regardless of what the Costco insurer is saying to justify this, to be totally clear, THE ACCIDENT WAS NOT MY WIFE'S FAULT. SHE WAS REAR ENDED. 0% fault, and our insurance company did not pay a dime to get the car fixed. Neither my wife nor I have had an at fault accident in at least 20 years.Furthermore, the representative suggested we use another company totally unrelated to the Costco auto insurance [redacted]). What kind of a solution is that? We could have contacted them ourselves if we wanted to buy insurance from them (which we don't). As Costco members with a clean driving record and no at fault accidents, we feel we were entitled to a reasonable quote.We are truly disappointed in Costco that they would use an insurance company that engages in shady business practices that are unfair to it's members.We have since moved our insurance to Amica, no thanks to Costco. Perhaps Costco should consider using them to underwrite policies.

Full amount $150.37 was placed onto a cash card ending in [redacted], offered member $25 quick credit on their repurchased order for the inconvenience. Thank you!

Our position on this matter is unchanged

Per the Revdex.com complaint filed by [redacted]. [redacted], Costco was able to assist with verifying why [redacted] and [redacted] did not receive their Citi credit cards by speaking to Citi -Escalation team. The reason for the card delay was due to "invalid address". Since the address needed to be corrected, Citi team will not update or make any changes to the member's address without speaking to the member directly, handled by the Citi-Fraud department (updating and changing address) and requesting a new card print for both members. 
Costco will be issuing a "Member Satisfaction" compensation, rolling the membership 1 year

Concierge will be contacting member to set up repair of hinge with ESS as a one time exception.

we reached out to the appropriate parties at Ameriprise Auto & Home Insurance and had them address the concerns listed in the complaint directly with the Revdex.com.

We ended up refunding the member $8000, per his request. Check went out yesterday. Member was happy.

The agent that placed this order over the phone should have verified the address entered was valid when the order was being placed. It appears that did not happen. lessons from zappos. Unfortunately as a result of how this complaint was handled I will most likely be ending my association with them.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Costco is offering me less money than the amount disputed.
The amount I am disputing is the price of each phone as shown on my T-Mobile bill.
Considering all of the trouble I went through, I believe I should receive more for the interest I paid on my credit card for the months that would have been paid for.
Customers should never be subject to getting swindled at Costco as I did. Costco should not be represented that way.

Order was received on 4/8, authorization was received on 4/10 for $833.72, We settled on the same authorization # for $833.72 on the same day. We did verify with our payment processor and the issuing bank that there were no pending authorizations or duplicate transactions. If you still see an...
