Allen Sworked with us to make sure we purchased and had installed the best and most efficient systems for our house Within hours of our meeting with Allen, two teams plus support people showed up to our house, took apart our old systems (both ACs and furnaces), installed two new complete systems, cleaned up after themselves, and instructed us re: the workings of the new thermostats! The guys were very professional and friendly and took care of everything We are extremely pleased with Morris Jenkins service!
I would like to share my positive experience, this evening, with Morris Jenkins (and particularly xxxxx-Service technician)
I have a year old downstairs A/C unit that sprung a leak in the compressor coil xxxxx arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem He mentioned that the recommend fix was to replace the coil ($2,500) or simply replace the entire A/C unit ($7,000)
It was near degrees outside when xxxxx arrived, and rather than simply telling me to pursue these options, he worked for hours (in unbearable heat) to patch my compressor coil, saving me thousands of dollars over the other options
Because of qualified service technicians like xxxxx, I am a MJ customer, for life Simply great service, from a great company!
