We signed up a few months ago for the Priority Advantage Service MJ was great about reminding me to schedule my "free" maintenance for our A/C Chris T came out today and was fantastic about explaining everything in detail Very clean and professional I felt like he was very honest as well We are very pleased with the customer service and now with the technician! :-)

*** arrived, as scheduled, to do the Spring routine mainton both heatpumps He did the work quickly and efficiently Very polite and easy to talk with While doing the routine mainthe solved a concern I had with the upstairs unit Once before, the overflow drain clogged and filled the overflow pan below the unit Not wanting to repeat that again or risk replacing the ceiling downstairs, he added a new float switch to the drain line I can't say enough about the great service Morris-Jenkins offers When you need help, they answer the phone call anytime of day AND dispatch someone to fix the problem They have never tried to talk me out of getting it repaired then, unlike some companies I have called before I found our about Morris-Jenkins

Had regular fall PM by Morris Jenkins Tech, Corey Evans, was on time like all MJ techs He was polite, went about his business, checked in with us at the end to explain that our system is operating efficiently and safely, said he cleaned the unit, and asked if we had any questions He was the usual excellent MJ tech we have experienced in our years of using them for maintenance!

My husband and I found 1-inches of water saturating rooms in our house late last night We guessed it was the water heater Called Morris Jenkins first thing this AM and xxxxx arrived shortly after He was very thorough and efficient, and explained everything in great detail to my husband We found out that the culprit was actually our older model air unit And, since we had an older unit, it was not sitting in a water pan to catch the water As this was very costly, and we did not have water protection coverage with Morris Jenkins, we strongly recommend including this in your purchase
