Morris-Jenkins (xxxxx, service technician) came out to fix my parents A/C unit I was impressed that I was able to get an appointment so quickly xxxxx showed up a little early (this was good for me since I had to leave work to come meet him)he checked out the system, diagnosed the problem right away The system was clogged and was overdue on maintenance and had thus cut off to keep from flooding Although xxxxx was only supposed to check for warranty items, he ended up cleaning out the whole system and got it up and running in no time This really helped me, since I did not have to re-schedule for the maintenance, and the A/C was working again xxxxx really went "above and beyond" to get the job done in a timely manner Thank you xxxxx and Morris-Jenkins for a job well done!
Morris Jenkins, during a regular maintenance visit last July, gave me a quote for replacing a very old hot water heater Realizing it was time to replace the water heater, last week I called them to ask about the quote Promptly addressed my question and agreed to honor the quote from months back The appointment time was convenient and the two installers were very kind to my Dad, who was standing in for me, due to my schedule From my inspection, it appears they did a very nice job I could not have asked for anything more Thank you
