We Will never use MJ again and cancelled or priority customer contract
I have been a member of the Advantage Plan for sometime now and am very pleased with the service I have received xxxxx, Service Technician, has been to my home today for the Spring Service Mr.xxxxx was very professional and courteous He explained what he would be doing to the system, and upon completion, he again reviewed all actions performed I feel that he has performed a complete system cleaning and inspection, and I am confident that the system is ready for the hot days ahead!
During our annual service agreement, MrL*** arrived at our house and was very professional and courteous He explained everything we needed to know and helped describe the importance of keeping our contract for the manufactuers warranty, this will actually be transferable to the homeowner if we decide to sell
