After all of the other shady actions they have done to me, the last thing I'm gonna do is give them open access my debit card! RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I deny dismissal of the claim that I filed against Consumer Priority Services. This company is responsible for very poor customer service in which held up the life of my company. Also, CPS breached their company policy due to late reimbursement fees. However, I did receive a check, the check was late, and I recieved it in a very unprofessional manner. They claimed that a check was previously mailed out to me and it may have got lost in the mail as to why I didn't recieve it. What seems to be weird to me is that they processed my check, and my damaged computer on the [redacted] of May. However, I recieved my damaged computer as scheduled, but the check didn't come. CPS is saying that everything is now settled, I disagree. This place is terrible and they wasted alot of my time! The public must know that this company has horrible customer service.
