I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted].  For now I find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I consider the matter will be resolved after the service technician completed the repairs early next week.  As of now the business/CPS approved the repair, but don't know if they change their mind while waiting for the necessary replacements to be ordered.

They claim to be working closely with me! Not hardly! A few generic emails that rejected my claim again. Replied to them and finally got a message stating the approval of my claim. They ask me to sent my product to a tepair shop. But will not give me an address. But they have offered to sell me a shipping slip for $30. And they want a credit card for billing reasons. How much are they gonna charge me? After all of the other shady actions they have done to me, the last thing I'm gonna do is give them open access my debit card! I am not satisfied with actions they have taken to correct the problem. However they have showed me just how shady of a business they really are! They use the system to cheat the people who are trusting enough to use their service. People who cant affofd to buy new products when an accident happens. People who pay them hard earned money to protect an investment. People who don't have time to play cat and mouse email games or jump through hoops. Bottom line,  this company is not to be trusted to keep up its end. They will aggravate their customers to make them give up. Then they keep their hard earned money. Money they have cheated people like me out of!

LaserVue Settlement WebsiteIf you purchased a Mitsubishi LaserVue TV that is currently malfunctioning, and/or if you previously spent your own money to repair certain problems with your LaserVue TV, you may be entitled to a repair, payment or reimbursement from a class action settlement.A proposed Settlement has been preliminarily approved by the Court in a class action lawsuit against Mitsubishi alleging that the sale of Mitsubishi LaserVue TVs (“TVs”) violated warranty and consumer protection laws. Mitsubishi denies all wrongdoing.
